Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie do inhalacji proszkowej. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, urzadzenie do inhalacji proszkowej, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów. Wzór urzadzenia do inhalacji proszkowej uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia urzadzenie w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 przedstawia urzadzenie w widoku od góry, fig. 3 jest widokiem urzadzenia od przodu, fig. 4 przedstawia urzadzenie w widoku od tylu, fig.5 jest widokiem urzadzenia od strony lewej, fig.6 przedstawia urzadzenie w widoku od strony prawej, fig.7 -urzadzenie w widoku od dolu. Urzadzenie do inhalacji proszkowej w postaci bryly skladajacej sie z dwóch elementów górnych nalozonych na dolny element w postaci walca o scietej górnej krawedzi, za posrednictwem srodkowego, walcowego elementu, o mniejszej srednicy i scietej krawedzi górnej. Dolny element na obwodowej, górnej, scietej krawedzi ma dwie, usytuowane naprzeciw siebie elipsy, stykajace sie z jednej strony z krawedzia srodkowego elementu. Jeden górny element ma postacsplaszczonego stozka o podstawie elipsy i jest znacznie wyzszy od dolnego elementu z ulozonym na nim posrednim elementem. A w widoku od góry ma centralne kolo, w którego srodku sa L ksztaltne linie ulozone obok siebie w rzedach i szeregach oraz wierzcholkami skierowane w jedna strone. Drugi górny element jest najnizszy i ma postac zblizona do szescianu, przy czym jedna sciana boczna jest dluzsza i stanowi przedluzenie sciany bocznej srodkowego elementu, a przeciwlegla do niej sciana, od strony stozka jest nieco wybrzuszona w kierunku do niego. W widoku od góry szescienny element ma centralne kolo, a wewnatrz niego prostokat o scietych narozach. A w widoku od spodu urzadzenie ma dwa wspólsrodkowe okregi ulozone w odstepie, przy czym w sasiedztwie okregu usytuowanego blizej zewnetrznej krawedzi urzadzenia sa usytuowane trzy stykajace sie koncami linie i dwie, przeciwlegle elipsy, a pomiedzy nimi i drugim okregiem sa dwie ukosne linie wychodzace od jednej strony kazdej elipsy. Wewnatrz tego okregu jest usytuowane kolo w którego srodku sa L ksztaltne linie ulozone obok siebie w rzedach i szeregach oraz wierzcholkami skierowane w jedna strone, a naprzeciw niego prostokat o scietych narozach. Compared to similarly designed products of this type, the powder inhalation device, as shown in the industrial design, is distinguished by its novel form, shape, and arrangement of lines and contours. The powder inhalation device is illustrated in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the device in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the device from above, Fig. 3 shows the device from the front, Fig. 4 shows the device from the rear, Fig. 5 shows the device from the left, Fig. 6 shows the device from the right, and Fig. 7 shows the device from below. A powder inhalation device in the form of a solid consisting of two upper elements superimposed on a lower element in the form of a cylinder with a truncated upper edge, via a central cylindrical element of smaller diameter and a truncated upper edge. The lower element, on its circumferential, upper, truncated edge, has two opposing ellipses, touching on one side the edge of the central element. One upper element is in the form of a flattened cone with an ellipse-shaped base and is significantly taller than the lower element with the intermediate element placed on it. And when viewed from above, it has a central circle, in the center of which are L-shaped lines arranged side by side in rows and series, with their vertices pointing in the same direction. The second, upper element is the lowest and resembles a cube, with one side wall being longer and constituting an extension of the side wall of the middle element, and the opposite side wall, on the cone side, bulging slightly towards it. Viewed from above, the cubic element has a central circle, and within it a rectangle with truncated corners. Viewed from below, the device has two concentric circles arranged at a distance. The circle closest to the outer edge of the device has three lines touching at their ends and two opposing ellipses, and between them and the second circle are two diagonal lines extending from one side of each ellipse. Inside this circle there is a circle in the center of which there are L-shaped lines arranged next to each other in rows and rows and with their vertices directed in one direction, and opposite it there is a rectangle with cut corners. The essential features of the powder inhalation device are that it has the form of a solid consisting of two upper elements placed on a lower element in the form of a cylinder with a truncated upper edge, via a central, cylindrical element of a smaller diameter and a truncated upper edge, wherein the lower element on the circumferential, upper, truncated edge has two ellipses placed opposite each other, touching on one side the edge of the central element, while one upper element has the form of a flattened cone with an ellipse base and is significantly higher than the lower element with an intermediate element placed on it, and in a top view has a central circle in the center of which there are L-shaped lines arranged next to each other in rows and series and with their vertices directed in one direction, while the second upper element is the lowest and has a shape similar to a cube, wherein one side wall is longer and constitutes an extension of the side wall of the central element, and the opposite wall, on the cone side, is slightly bulging towards it, wherein in the top view the cubic element has a central circle, and inside it a rectangle with truncated corners, and in the bottom view the device has two concentric circles arranged at a distance, wherein in the vicinity of the circle located closer to the outer edge of the device there are three lines touching each other at their ends and two opposite ellipses, and between them and the second circle there are two diagonal lines extending from one side of each ellipse, and inside this circle there is a circle in the center of which there are L shapely lines arranged next to each other in rows and series, with their vertices directed in one direction, and opposite it a rectangle with cut corners, as shown in the drawing, fig. 1-7.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4Fig. 5Fig. 6Fig. 7 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
