Compared to similarly shaped products of this type, the container with a lid is distinguished by its new form, manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, material, and ornamentation. The design covers two distinct forms of the container with a lid, which share essential features and constitute variations of the industrial design. The design of the container with a lid in its two variants is shown in the collective drawing and additional drawings, in which fig. 1 shows the first variant of the container with a lid in a perspective view from the front, top and right side, fig. 2 - the first variant of the container with a lid in a front view, fig. 3 - the first variant of the container with a lid in a back view, fig. 4 - the first variant of the container with a lid in a right side view, fig. 5 - the first variant of the container with a lid in a top view, and fig. 6 - the first variant of the container with a lid in a bottom view, while fig. 7 shows the second variant of the container with a lid in a perspective view from the front, top and right side, fig. 8 - the second variant of the container with a lid from fig. 7 in a front view, fig. 9 - the second variant of the container with a lid in a back view, fig. 10 - the second variant of the container with a lid in a right side view, fig. 11 shows a second variant of the container with a lid in a top view, and Fig. 12 shows a second variant of the container with a lid in a bottom view. The container with a lid, according to the first variant of the industrial design, is characterized in that it is made of an opaque material and has a shape close to a cuboid with rounded front and rear walls, side walls, and top, the top of which is a lid that can be tilted upwards and backwards, and in a top view has an oval outline. In top and bottom views, the container has an oval outline with straight outermost sections of the left and right sides. The bottom wall has a rectangular outline with rounded corners. The side walls extend from the bottom wall in an arc outward to approximately two-thirds of the height of the container with a lid, and then converge in an arc towards the lid, which visually serves as an extension of the container. The front and rear walls on the sides gently curve into the side walls, which are narrowed approximately halfway up the container's height. Between the front and rear walls and the side and top walls, the container has profiled folded edges. Around the container, approximately two-thirds of its height, a profiled double line is formed. On the front and rear walls, it forms a gentle upward arc, and on the side walls, it is lowered with a gentle wedge, shaping the top and bottom of the container. On the side walls, a flat area extends from the bottom upward, defined by a folded edge profiled into an elongated wedge, ending with a rounded top located beneath the gentle lower wedge on the container's side walls. The container, under the lid, has a line at the front forming a rounded tongue, and at the rear it has protrusions that pivotally secure the lid to the container. The essential features of the container with a lid, according to the first variant of the industrial design, are that it is made of an opaque material and has a shape close to a cuboid with rounded front and rear walls, side walls, and top, the top of which is a lid that pivots upwards and backwards, with an oval outline when viewed from above. Viewed from above and below, the container has an oval outline with straight outermost sections of the left and right sides. The bottom wall has a rectangular outline with rounded corners. The side walls extend from the bottom wall in an arc outward to approximately two-thirds of the height of the container with the lid, then converge in an arc toward the lid, which visually extends the container. The front and rear walls gently curve into the side walls, with their narrowings shaped on the side walls approximately halfway up the container. Between the front and rear walls and the side and top walls, the container has profiled, folded edges. Around the container, approximately two-thirds of its height, is a profiled double line, which is gently arched upward on the front and rear walls, and gently wedge-shaped on the side walls, shaping the top and bottom of the container. On the side walls, a flat area extends from the bottom upwards, defined by a folded edge profiled into an elongated wedge, terminating in a rounded apex situated beneath a gentle wedge depression on the container's side walls. The container, under the lid, has a line at the front forming a rounded tongue, and at the rear it has protrusions that pivotally secure the lid to the container, as shown in the attached drawings and photographs, Figs. 1-6. The container with a lid, according to the second variant of the industrial design, is characterized by being made of a transparent material and having a shape close to a cuboid with rounded front and rear walls, side walls, and top, the top of which constitutes a lid that pivots upwards and backwards, having an oval outline in a top view. Viewed from above and below, the container has an oval outline with straight outermost sections of the left and right sides. The bottom wall has a rectangular outline with rounded corners and a chamfered rim, and a central concavity extending into the container interior. The side walls extend from the bottom wall in an arc outward to approximately two-thirds of the height of the container with the lid, then converge in an arc toward the lid, which visually extends the container. The front and rear walls merge into the side walls in a gentle arc, with the side walls narrowing approximately halfway up the container. The container has profiled fold edges between the front and rear walls and the side and top walls. Around the container, approximately two-thirds of its height, a profiled double line is formed. On the front and rear walls, it forms a gentle arch, rising upwards, and on the side walls, it forms a gentle wedge, lowering it to form the upper and lower parts of the container. On the side walls, a flat area extends from the bottom upwards, defined by a folded edge, profiled into an elongated wedge, ending with a rounded apex located beneath the gentle wedge of lowering on the container's side walls. The container, under the lid, has a line at the front, forming a rounded tongue, and at the rear, it has protrusions that provide a hinged attachment for the lid to the container. The essential features of the container with a lid, according to the second variant of the industrial design, are that it is made of a transparent material and has a shape close to a cuboid with rounded front and rear walls, side walls, and a top, the top of which is a lid that can be tilted upwards and backwards, and has an oval outline when viewed from above. Viewed from above and below, the container has an oval outline with straight outermost sections of the left and right sides. The bottom wall has a rectangular outline with rounded corners and a chamfered rim, and a central concavity extending into the container. The side walls extend from the bottom wall in an arc outward to approximately two-thirds of the height of the container with a lid, then converge in an arc towards the lid, which visually extends the container.
