Zestaw szklanic Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 10.08.1999 Pierwszenstwo: 11.02.1999 (Republika Czeska) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw szklanic przeznaczo- nych do produkcji maszynowej. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu prze- jawiajaca sie w ksztalcie szklanic i formie ich scianek. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, z których fig. 1 przedstawia szklanice do likieru w czesciowym widoku i czesciowym przekroju, fig. 2 - szklanice do wina czerwonego w czesciowym widoku i czesciowym przekroju, fig. 3 - szklanice do wina bialego w czesciowym widoku i czes- ciowym przekroju, fig. 4 - szklanice do soku w czesciowym wi- doku i czesciowym przekroju, fig. 5 - szklanice do piwa w czesciowym widoku i czesciowym przekroju.Kazda szklanica ma okragle dno i obly obrys scianki zewnetrznej wyznaczajacej czare o okraglym przekroju. Nowa postac szklanicy, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, prze- jawia sie w jej ksztalcie i formie scianek. Kazda szklanica ma regularny obrotowy ksztalt, symetryczny wzgledem pionowej osi obrotu i masywne gruboscienne dno, które stopniowo i ciagle przechodzi od grubej scianki ponad dnem do cienkiej scianki przy ujsciu czary. Obrys zewnetrzny czary jest obly i ma ona promien krzywizny wiekszy nad dnem a mniejszy przy ujsciu, które nieznacznie sie zamyka. Szklanica ma najwieksza srednice mniej wiecej od dolnej jednej trzeciej do polowy. Poszczególne odmiany szklanic w zestawie maja czary o róznych ksztaltach, okreslanych zwyczajowym przeznaczeniem kielicha. Odmiana przedstawiona na fig, 1 to "likier". Odmiana przedsta- wiona na fig. 2 to "wino czerwone". Odmiana przedstawiona na fig. 3 to "wino biale". Odmiana przedstawiona na fig. 4 to "sok". Odmiana przedstawiona na fig. 5 to "piwo". Szklanice przeznaczone sa do wytwarzania zmechanizowanego, au- tomatycznego . PL PL PLSet of glasses The right of registration of an ornamental design is valid from: 10/08/1999 Priority: 11/02/1999 (Czech Republic) The subject of the ornamental design is a set of glasses intended for machine production. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the glasses and the form of their walls. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached drawings, of which Fig. 1 shows a liqueur glass in a partial view and partial cross-section; Fig. 2 - a red wine glass in a partial view and partial cross-section; Fig. 3 - a white wine glass in a partial view and partial cross-section; Fig. 4 - a juice glass in a partial view and partial cross-section; Fig. 5 - a beer glass in a partial view and partial cross-section. Each glass has a round bottom and a rounded outer wall defining a rounded bowl. The new design of the glass, aimed at aesthetic purposes, is manifest in its shape and the form of the walls. Each glass has a regular, rotating shape, symmetrical about the vertical axis of rotation, and a massive, thick-walled base that gradually and continuously transitions from a thick wall above the bottom to a thin wall at the mouth of the goblet. The outer contour of the goblet is oval, with a radius of curvature greater above the bottom and smaller at the mouth, which closes slightly. The glass has its largest diameter approximately from the lower third to the middle. Individual varieties of glasses in the set have bowls of different shapes, determined by the usual purpose of the goblet. The variety shown in Figure 1 is "liqueur." The variety shown in Figure 2 is "red wine." The variety shown in Figure 3 is "white wine." The variety shown in Figure 4 is "juice." The variety shown in Figure 5 is "beer."
