Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna sztacheta ogrodzeniowa. Postac wzoru przejawia sie w uksztaltowaniu powierzchni, ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 - 5, na których pokazano sztachete ogrodzeniowa w poszczególnych widokach: Fig 1 przedstawia sztachete w widoku z przodu. Fig 2 przedstawia przekrój poprzeczny przez sztachete, Fig 3 pokazuje sztachete w widoku z boku, lig 4 pokazuje sztachete z odmiana je j górnego zakonczenia Na Fig 5 przedstawia przykladowy plot wykonany ze sztachet stanowiacych przedmiot wzoru. The design's appearance is manifested in the surface finish, shape, line layout, surface properties, and the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawings, Figs. 1-5, which show the fence picket in various views: Fig. 1 shows the picket in a front view. Fig. 2 shows a cross-section of the picket, Fig. 3 shows the picket in a side view, and Fig. 4 shows the picket with a variation of its upper end. Fig. 5 shows an example fence made of pickets that are the subject of the design. A fence picket according to the pattern shown in Figures 1-3 in the form of a rectangular slat has important features relating to: - a stylized V-shaped cross-section of the picket, - bent flat outer surfaces (1) with a beveled edge (5), - side surfaces (2) placed at an angle to the flat surface of the picket (4), - reprofilings (3) placed on the flat surface (4), - the upper end of the picket in the form of angled, bent edges of the picket (1) and the flat surface of the picket (6). A picket according to the pattern in Figure 4 may have important features relating to its ending in the form of an arc (7) along the entire width of the picket. The fence picket according to the pattern shown in Fig. 1 in the form of a rectangular strip has the essential features of an industrial design in the form of a cross-section of the strip in the shape of a stylized V with bent flat outer surfaces (1) with a beveled edge (5), the side surface (2) placed at an angle in relation to the flat surface of the strip (4) and has re-profilings (3) placed on the flat surface (4), while the upper end of the strip is in the form of bent, angled edges of the strip (1) and the flat surface of the picket (6), as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1. The fence picket according to the pattern in cross-section shown in Fig. 2 has the essential features of an industrial design in the form of a stylized V with bent flat outer surfaces (1), the side surface (2) placed at an angle in relation to the flat surface of the strip (4) and has re-profilings (3) placed on the flat surface (4), as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 2. The fence picket according to the pattern shown in fig. 3 in the form of a rectangular strip has the essential features of an industrial design in the form of a cross-section of the strip in the shape of a stylized V with bent flat outer surfaces (1) with a beveled edge (5), the side surface (2) placed at an angle in relation to the flat surface of the strip (4) and has re-profilings (3) placed on the flat surface (4), while the upper end of the strip is in the form of bent edges of the strip (1) cut at an angle and the flat surface of the picket (6), as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 3. In a variant, the fence picket according to the pattern shown in fig. 4 in the form of a rectangular strip it has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a cross-section of a strip in the shape of a stylized V with bent flat outer surfaces (1), the side surface (2) placed at an angle in relation to the flat surface of the strip (4) and has re-profilings (3) placed on the flat surface (4), while the upper end of the strip is in the form of an arc (7) along the entire width of the picket, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 4.
