Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest futeral telefonu komórkowego. Znane sa futeraly telefonów komórkowych w postaci bryly zblizonej do prostopadloscianu, zamykane na zatrzaski lub rzepy, w których na tylnej sciance moga byc umieszczone uchwyty zaczepowe, a czolowa scianka moze byc przezroczysta. W odniesieniu do znanych futeralów przeznaczonych do telefonów komórkowych, nowosc oraz indywidualny charakter postaci futeralu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w szczególnosci w jego charakterystycznym ksztalcie oraz liniach jego konturu. Cechy istotne futeralu telefonu komórkowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze futeral stanowi, otwarta od góry, bryle w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianu o lekko wyoblonych krawedziach, w którym w dolnych narozach wyciete sa niewielkie otwory w ksztalcie zblizonym do kwadratu, natomiast w czesci srodkowej dolnej powierzchni futeralu wyciety jest otwór o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata, posiadajacy w czesci czolowej lekko wyoblone rogi, a tylna powierzchnia futeralu, w górnej czesci srodkowej, przechodzi w charakterystyczny wydluzony wypust o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata oraz lekko wyoblonych rogach, stanowiacy klapke zamykajaca futeral, w której pod jej powierzchnia zewnetrzna, przy wewnetrznej górnej krawedzi, znajduje sie zapiecie magnesowe, a powierzchnia czolowa klapki zamykajacej futeral ozdobiona jest elementem w ksztalcie czworoboku. Known mobile phone cases are in the form of a cuboid-like structure, closed with snaps or Velcro, which may have hooks on the back panel, and the front panel may be transparent. With respect to known mobile phone cases, the novelty and individual character of the case based on the industrial design manifests itself particularly in its distinctive shape and contour lines. The mobile phone case based on the industrial design has the form of a cuboid-like structure, open at the top, with slightly rounded edges and cut-out lower corners in a shape similar to a square, the lower surface of which is provided with a rectangular-like opening. The rear wall of the mobile phone case extends into an elongated protrusion that forms a flap closing the case, with magnets located beneath its outer surface to close the flap, and magnets also located beneath the outer surface of the front wall of the case, while a hook-and-loop fastener is located on the rear wall of the case. The mobile phone case according to the industrial design is preferably made of leather, imitation leather, or any material, including plastic, and in any color. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material in the form of digital photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the closed case, Fig. 2 shows a front view of the open case, and Fig. 3 shows a view of the rear wall of the case. The essential features of a mobile phone case according to the industrial design are that the case is a solid, open at the top, in a shape similar to a cuboid with slightly rounded edges, in which small holes in a shape similar to a square are cut in the lower corners, while in the central part of the lower surface of the case there is a hole in a shape similar to a rectangle, with slightly rounded corners in the front part, and the rear surface of the case, in the upper central part, turns into a characteristic elongated projection in a shape similar to a rectangle and with slightly rounded corners, constituting a flap closing the case, in which under its outer surface, at the inner upper edge, there is a magnetic fastener, and the front surface of the flap closing the case is decorated with a quadrilateral element. In the front wall of the case, in the middle part, under its outer surface, there is the second part of the magnetic clasp, while on the back wall of the case there is a quadrangular hook.
