Czola nozy leza w przyblize¬ niu prostopadle do kierunku stanowiacego wypadkowa szybkosci obracajacych sie konców nozy i szybkosci posuwu glowicy. 2, a fig. Ramie to daje sie obracac w plaszczyznie poziomej, dokola pionowego czopa i przestawiac w kierunku pionowym. W ten sposób poszczególne noze wrebowe 3 sa zamontowane pierscieniowo w wiek¬ szej ilosci grup. Koncówki 8 nozy z krawedziami tnacymi poszczególnych grup leza na obwodach o róznych srednicach. Jak to pokazano na przekroju noza (fig. 1), krawedzie tnace 9 sa ustawione ukosnie, w kierunku wynikajacym z szybkosci obwodowej obracajacych sie konców nozy kazdej grupy i szybkosci posuwu glowicy wrebiarki w kierunku strzalki 10. PLThe subject of the invention is a rotating cutting head, in particular a paving head. Such paving machines are used, inter alia, for the tearing of pavements in coal, ore deposits and rock, the head serving to tear off the material to be selected from the face of the tunnel. As a rule of thumb, the head of the cutter cuts the material from bottom to top in substantially horizontal strips in the face of the drift. In order to be able to produce these belts, the sheeter head can be rotated and guided in an arc with a constant feed rate in a direction tangential to its axis of rotation, with knives arranged substantially radially along its periphery. Due to the rotary and at the same time pivoting horizontally of the tool head, the blades of the knives with the blades move along the tracks in the shape of a helical line, which results in the cutting of the material. In the previously known shredder heads, individual knives were mounted on the circumference of the cutting head on the basis of data obtained in practice, while taking care that the wear of all knives was as even as possible. In one of the known solutions, for example, the knives are mounted on the head along a spiral line, the knives being adjusted only to the rotational movement of the head, disregarding the simultaneous horizontal tilting movement, so that the knives press against the rock with their sides, which causes severe decreased performance. Despite all the attempts with the heads known so far, it has not been possible to achieve even wear of all knives. There has always been a phenomenon of early wear of some knives that had to be replaced. In order to replace the knives, it was necessary to immobilize the pavement cutter, although the remaining knives were still fit for work. Starting a road slat machine to replace the knives causes a serious loss of production. For this reason, a long service life of the knives is desirable. The object of the invention is to remedy the described disadvantage by constructing such a head for a rotating tool, especially a head for pavement dippers, in which uniform wear of all knives is ensured. The invention essentially consists in the fact that the knives they are mounted in several groups, one behind the other in the direction of the axis of rotation of the head, the knives of each group being arranged around the circumference of the wheels, the diameter of which increases from one group to the other towards the head holder. The cutter heads lie approximately perpendicular to the direction which is the resultant of the speed of the rotating cutter tips and the feed speed of the cutter head. With the head according to the invention, the advantage is achieved in that each cutter is loaded with the same unit force of cutting, i.e. uniform load on the cutters is ensured. . When using the head according to the invention, the grooves in the sidewalk front are first cut by the group of knives, the ends of which lie on the circumference of the smallest wheel: these grooves are deepened by the knives of the next group of larger diameter, with the knives being hit exactly by their proper spacing. in the furrows made by the knives of the first group. In this way, each knife group deepens in the forehead, for example the drifts, the furrows formed by the previous group, with the result that the narrow ribs between the furrows are finally broken. The shaping of the head according to the invention therefore enables the simultaneous rake of all the ends of the knives provided with cutting blades, and thus ensures the achievement of excellent cutting results, with even wear of all knives, so that there is no need to prematurely replace individual knives. In this way, a long service life of the road slat machine is made possible between the downtime required for the replacement of knives. According to the preferred solution of the invention, the product of the width of the knife parts of one group and the number of knives in this group is equal to or smaller than the axial displacement of the head during one revolution. With such a shape of the head, the furrows made with knives in the forehead of the tunnel do not overlap one another. These furrows are either directly next to each other or are formed between the ribs which eventually break out, thus achieving the best logging results with the least energy consumption. The number and width of the knives are determined here depending on the furrow width to be cut and the width of the zebra between the two furrows. This amount may be desirably determined depending on the hardness of the material to be cut, for example by using different heads. The difference in diameter of the circumferences at which the ends of the knives of two adjacent rows lie are deliberately chosen so that each The knife, according to the time of its contact with the material, caused such a deep deepening of the groove in the face of the pavement that it also ensured even wear of the knives, due to their equal load. The invention is explained in more detail in the example of the embodiment shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the heads of the sidewalk slicer according to the invention in a section along the line I-Z in Fig. 2, and Fig. 2 shows the same head in a front view according to the arrow II in Fig. 1. As shown in the figure, the head according to the invention consists of a rotating body main unit 1, which is seated on an arm of the cutter, not shown. This arm can be rotated in a horizontal plane, around a vertical spigot, and moved vertically. A solution has been applied here, in which the heads are located on both sides of the slicer arm, but only one head is always working horizontally depending on the direction of rotation of the arm. On the main body 1 there are mounted clamps 2 cutter knives 3, which clamps are welded together with body. The ribbed knives 3 are held in the holders 2 by means of suitable devices not shown. The main body (Fig. 1) has shoulders 4, 5, 6 and 7 with different diameters, on which the individual clamps 2 are mounted. The ribbed knives 3 are ring mounted in more groups. The tips of the 8 knives with the cutting edges of each group lie on different diameters. As shown in the cross-section of the knife (Fig. 1), the cutting edges 9 are inclined, in the direction resulting from the peripheral speed of the rotating knife ends of each group and the feed rate of the shearer head in the direction of the arrow 10. Because the speed at which the knife ends move at a constant number of revolutions of the head, it increases with an increase in diameter, and the feed rate of the head is constant, therefore the cutting edges of the ends of the knives mounted on the smallest diameter are set at the greatest angle, and the cutting edges of the knives mounted on the largest diameter are set under the smallest angle a in relation to the plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the shaver head. The width of the knives 3 of each group multiplied by the number of knives in this group is deliberately smaller than the path that the rotating head will perform at a constant feed rate during one turn of the head. As a result, protruding ribs are created between the furrows made by the knife blades, which ribs are broken only by processing the material in the vicinity. In this way, the best effect of the shearing is achieved. The spacing of the axis of two knives, two adjacent groups, measured in the direction of the axis of the head, corresponds to the product of the angle tangency and the oblique position of the knife, the end of which lies on the circumference of the larger diameter by the length of the arc that the knife end has reached when it is moved by an angle between this knife and the knife of the preceding group in which he follows. In this way it is ensured that each knife row enters the material to be chipped in the furrow made by the preceding knife row and causes the furrow to deepen. To ensure that each row of knives is equally stressed, the difference in diameter of the two adjacent rows of knives is so great that each knife causes a deepening of the groove according to the time it is in contact with the material, which ensures even wear of the knives due to the resulting This way the load of the knives. In the feed direction 10, in the first row of knives there are knives 3 ', which have additional different inclinations in relation to the feed direction. With the 3 'knives, a clean finish of the required profile can be obtained. In addition, a well-known 11-core breaker is provided at the end of the reel head. PL
