Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tkanina z motywami geomet- rycznymi, która ma przeznaczenie zwlaszcza jako tkanina obiciowa, dekora- cyjna lub zaslonowa. The subject of the industrial design is a fabric with geometric motifs, which is intended especially as upholstery, decorative or curtain fabric.

Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru tka- niny przejawiajaca sie w niespotykanym dotychczas ukladzie motywów zdobniczych o róznym ksztalcie i barwie. The essence of the industrial pattern is a new and original form of a fabric pattern, which manifests itself in an unprecedented arrangement of decorative motifs of various shapes and colors.

Wzór tkaniny z motywami geometrycznymi wedlug wzoru przemyslo- wego nie jest znany w obrocie gospodarczym. Natomiast istnieje wiele wzorów tkanin, w których zastosowano figury geometryczne i motywy roslinne, lecz w zupelnie innym ukladzie, nadajacym inny wyglad tym tkaninom w porównaniu do zglaszanego wzoru. The pattern of a fabric with geometric motifs according to an industrial pattern is not known in the course of trade. On the other hand, there are many patterns of fabrics in which geometric shapes and floral motifs were used, but in a completely different arrangement, giving these fabrics a different appearance compared to the submitted pattern.

The pattern of the fabric according to the pattern consists of the following ornamental motifs: single and double triangular geometric figures stylized in hourglass shapes, rectangular fields and diamonds, sets of parallelly arranged sticks, and the whole is arranged on a homogeneous surface with a single-color background.
