Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób unieszkodli¬ wiania trujacych produktów, powstajacych w wy¬ niku przemiany materii u grzybów plesniowych.Liczne grzyby plesniowe, np. z rodzaju Asper¬ gillus lub Penicillum, wydzielaja silnie trujace pro¬ dukty przemiany materii, zwane mykotoksynami.Mykotoksyny, sposród których najlepiej znane sa tak zwane aflatoksyny, dzialaja silnie trujaco na zwierzeta cieplokrwiste, takie jak ptaki i ssaki.Stosowanie tlenku etylenu, mrówczanu metylu lub mieszaniny t^ch gazów do niszczenia grzybów plesniowych jest znane, ale dotychczas nie wie¬ dziano czy i jak gazy te lub ich mieszaniny oddzia¬ luja na mykotoksyny.Wynalazek ma na celu opracowanie sposobu unie¬ szkodliwiania tych trujacych produktów przemia¬ ny materii, jak równiez niszczenia samych grzy¬ bów plesniowych tak, aby po wykonaniu zabiegu sposobem wedlug wynalazku nie mogly juz powsta¬ wac trujace produkty przemiany materii.Cel ten zgodnie z wynalazkiem osiaga sie w ten sposób, ze przedmioty, substancje lub mieszaniny substancji, zawierajace trujace produkty przemiany materii grzybów plesniowych, traktuje sie tlenkiem etylenu, mrówczanem metylu lub mieszanina obu tych gazów. Korzystnie stosuje sie gazowa mieszani¬ ne zawierajaca 40—60% objetosciowych mrówczanu metylu i 40—60% objetosciowych tlenku etylenu.W celu zmniejszenia niebezpieczenstwa zaplonu wskazane jest niekiedy stosowac gazowa miesza¬ nine, która oprócz tlenku etylenu i/lub mrówczanu metylu zawiera gaz obojetny, taki jak azot lub dwutlenek wegla. Ze wzgledów bezpieczenstwa pro¬ ces korzystnie prowadzi sie pod zmniejszonym cis¬ nieniem, gdyz w ten sposób w razie nieszczelnosci urzadzenia lub komory do traktowania gazem, uni¬ ka sie przedostawania gazu na zewnatrz.Przyklad I. Wytloki orzecha ziemnego, które na skutek zaatakowania przez szczep Aspergillus flavus zawieraja po 12 \ig aflatoksyny Bi na Ig, umieszcza sie w komorze do gazowania o pojemno¬ sci 11 litrów, po czym w komorze obniza sie cis¬ nienie do 40 torów i przez wymiennik ciepla od¬ parowujacy ciekly srodek do gazowania wprowa¬ dza sie do komory gaz.
