Znane cienkopisy zawieraja obsadki o róznej postaci zewnetrznej zarówno pod wzgledem ksztaltu jak i koloru. Cienkopis wyposazony zwlaszcza w element piszacy i obsadke, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze obsadka w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt zblizony do szesciokata oraz sciany ma o postaci srebrzystoszarych pasów rozmieszczonych na jej obwodzie, oddzielonych od siebie czarnymi krawedziami, a nadto na jednym z pasów ma slowo Patio, zapisane literami o stylizowanym ksztalcie, pogrubionymi, którego pierwsza litera jest duza litera alfabetu.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii i rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia fotografie cienkopisu w polozeniu poziomym w widoku z góry, a fig. 2 - rysunek cienkopisu w widoku na koniec przeciwlegly do elementu piszacego. Oznaczenia slowne i cyfrowe „Fineliner 0,4", usytuowane na scianie obsadki cienkopisu nie stanowia przedmiotu ochrony. Cienkopis wyposazony, zwlaszcza w element piszacy i obsadke, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma nastepujace istotne cechy : 1. Obsadka cienkopisu w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt zblizony do szesciokata oraz sciany o postaci srebrzystoszarych pasów rozmieszczonych na obwodzie obsadki, oddzielone od siebie czarnymi krawedziami. 2. Cienkopis wedlug cechy 1., na jednym z pasów zawiera slowo Patio, zapisane literami o stylizowanym ksztalcie, pogrubionymi, którego pierwsza litera jest duza litera alfabetu.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is for a fineliner pen equipped with a writing element and a pen holder. Known fineliners include pen holders of varying external appearance, both in shape and color. The fineliner, equipped specifically with a writing element and a holder, is, according to the industrial design, characterized by a holder with a cross-section roughly resembling a hexagon and walls in the form of silver-gray stripes arranged around its circumference, separated by black edges. Furthermore, one of the stripes features the word "Patio" written in bold, stylized letters, the first letter of which is a capital letter of the alphabet. The industrial design is shown in the attached photograph and drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a photograph of the fineliner in a horizontal position, viewed from above, and Fig. 2 shows a drawing of the fineliner viewed from the end opposite the writing element. The word and numerical markings "Fineliner 0.4" located on the wall of the fineliner holder are not subject to protection. The fineliner, equipped with a writing element and a pen holder, according to the industrial design, has the following important features: 1. The pen holder, in cross-section, has a shape similar to a hexagon and has silver-gray stripes around the circumference of the holder, separated by black edges. 2. The fineliner, according to feature 1, contains the word "Patio" on one of the stripes, written in bold, stylized letters, the first letter of which is a capital letter of the alphabet.
