Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ciastko. Zglaszane do ochrony ciastko wyróznia jego oryginalna postac oraz uksztaltowanie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku fig.l. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig.l - ciastko imituje wizerunek duszka. Powierzchnia ciastka jest tak uksztaltowana, ze wykonane w nim wrebienia i wypuklosci przypominaja jego glowe i tulów.
