Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kolumna regalu, stanowiaca w szczególnosci element nosny róznego rodzaju pólek meblowych, podstawek oraz przegród poziomych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest budowa kolumny regalu odznaczajaca sie niezawodnoscia, latwoscia montazu, uniwersalnoscia zastosowan oraz malym kosztem wykonania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunkach na których fig. 1 jest przekrojem osiowym kolumny regalu z trzema elementami mocujacymi p$ki, fig 3 jest przekrojem osiowym, a fig 4 jest widokiem z góry fragmentu A z fig. 1, fig. 4 jest przekrojem osiowym, a fig. 5 jest widokiem z góry fragmentu B z fig. 1, zas fig. 6 jest przekrojem osiowym, a fig. 7 widokiem z góry fragmentu C z fig. 1. Kolumna regalu jest zbudowana z metalowego profilu, który w przekroju poprzecznym ma postac figury które j srodkowa czesc stanowi prostokat 1. Do kazdego z krótszych boków tego prostokata przylega pólokrag 2 o srednicy wiekszej niz dlugosc tego boku, przy czym dluzsze boki prostokata 1 sa czesciowo osloniete równoleglymi wzgledem nich ramionami 3 stanowiacymi przedluzenie ramion pólokregów. Ramiona 3 stanowia wzdluzne prowadnice kolumny regalu. W przestrzeni miedzy dluzszym bokiem prostokata 1 a ramionami 3 znajduje sie plytka 4 blokujaca. Polozenie plytki blokujacej 4 jest ustalane za pomoca wkretu 5. Plytka 4blokujaca ma otwory gwintowane w które wkrecone sa wkrety 6 mocujace podstawke 7 pólki oraz unieruchamiajace plytke 4 blokujaca i podstawke 7 pólki wzgledem metalowego profilu. Przyklady zastosowan tego rozwiazania dla innych rodzajów pólek przedstawiono na fig. 4 do fig.7. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Kolumna regalu jest zbudowana z metalowego profilu, który w przekroju poprzecznym ma postac figury, której srodkowa czesc stanowi prostokat 1. Do kazdego z krótszych boków tego prostokata przylega pólokrag 2 o srednicy wiekszej niz dlugosc tego boku, przy czym dluzsze boki prostokata 1 sa czesciowo osloniete równoleglymi wzgledem nich ramionami 3 stanowiacymi przedluzenie ramion pólokregów. Ramiona 3 stanowia wzdluzne prowadnice kolumny regalu. W przestrzeni miedzy dluzszym bokiem prostokata 1 a ramionami 3 znajduje sie plytka 4 blokujaca. Polozenie plytki blokujacej 4 jest ustalane za pomoca wkretu 5. Plytka 4 blokujaca ma otwory gwintowane w które wkrecone sa wkrety 6 mocujace podstawke 7 pólki oraz unieruchamiajace plytke 4 blokujaca i podstawke 7 pólki wzgledem metalowego profilu. The essence of the industrial design is the construction of a rack column, which is reliable, easy to assemble, universal in use, and cost-effective. The object of the industrial design is shown in the drawings in which fig. 1 is an axial section of a rack with three fastening elements, fig. 3 is an axial section, and fig. 4 is a top view of part A in fig. 1, fig. 4 is a sectional view. Fig. 5 is a plan view of the portion B of Fig. 1, and Fig. 6 is an axial section, and Fig. 7 is a top view of the portion C of Fig. 1. The rack is constructed of a metal profile, The transverse section has the form of a figure whose central part is a rectangle 1. Each of the shorter sides of this rectangle is adjoined by a semicircle 2 with a diameter greater than the length of this side, while the longer sides of the rectangle 1 are partially covered by the arms 3, parallel to them, constituting an extension of the arms of the semi-circles. The arms 3 constitute the longitudinal guides of the rack column. In the space between the long side of the rectangle 1 and the arms 3 there is a locking plate 4. The position of the locking plate 4 is fixed by means of a screw 5. The locking plate 4 has threaded holes into which screws 6 are screwed to fix the tray 7 shelves and the locking plate 4 and tray 7 against the metal profile. Application examples of this approach to other types of shelves are shown in Figures 4 to 7. Significant features of an industrial design The column of the rack is built of a metal profile, whose cross-section has the form of a figure, the middle part of which is a rectangle 1.
