Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest aparat telefoniczny wielofunkcyjny, z wyswietlaczem, skladajacy sie ze sterowniczo-informacyjnego pulpitu operatorskiego z licznymi przyciskami oraz sluchawki z przewodem spiralnym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie zarówno w ksztalcie i rysunku oraz usytuowaniu poszczególnych jego fragmentów obudowy a takze przycisków manipulacyjnych jak i w kolorystyce elementów. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych zdjeciach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia aparat telefoniczny w widoku od czola ze zdjeta sluchawka polozona na boku, zas fig. 2 - ten sam aparat telefoniczny w widoku z boku od strony prawej z odlozona sluchawka widoczna z góry. Aparat telefoniczny wedlug wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiony na fig. 1 i fig. 2, ma w widoku z góry plyte czolowa w ksztalcie prostokata o zaokraglonych rogach. Czesc spodnia aparatu, niewidoczna, jest takze prostokatem o wymiarach mniejszych od wymiarów plyty czolowej, przy czym odleglosc krawedzi górnej plyty czolowej aparatu od plaszczyzny podstawy jest wieksza niz odleglosc krawedzi dolnej. Plyta czolowa aparatu jest fragmentempowierzchni bocznej walca, lewa wezsza czesc plyty stanowi miejsce spoczynkowe sluchawki uzyskane przez zastosowanie dwóch wglebien, w których umieszcza sie czesc glosnikowa i mikrofonowa sluchawki zas pomiedzy wglebieniami znajduja sie w licznych regularnych odstepach kuliste otwory o malej srednicy bedace maskownica glosnika. W prawym, górnym rogu plyty czolowej znajduje sie pole o ksztalcie zblizonym do kwadratu i powierzchni wyniesionej nieco ponad powierzchnie plyty czolowej. Na polu tym, w jego górnej czesci jest umieszczony prostokatny wyswietlacz, którego powierzchnia czolowa jest usytuowana pod katem w stosunku do powierzchni plyty czolowej i znajduje sie ponizej poziomu powierzchni plyty czolowej. Pod wyswietlaczem , w dwóch rzedach znajduje sie osiem przycisków manipulacyjnych okraglych o powierzchni kulistej, przy czym przyciski te sa umieszczone w dwóch rzedach w wyzlobieniach usytuowanych pionowo. Pod przyciskami znajduje sie pólprzezroczysta plytka w ksztalcie odcinka kola zas ponizej plyta czolowa aparatu posiada przyciski alfanumeryczne o ksztalcie elipsy umieszczone po trzy w kazdym z czterech rzedów. Pod przyciskami w ksztalcie elipsy znajduja sie trzy przyciski o ksztalcie pionowo usytuowanych plytek, tworzace jedna linie zakonczona przyciskiem w ksztalcie kola. Powierzchnia wszystkich przycisków znajduje sie ponad powierzchnia plyty czolowej aparatu. Sluchawka aparatu w widoku z góry ma ksztalt prostokata, natomiast czesc mikrofonowa i sluchawkowa posiadaja ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratowej, przy czym czesci mikrofonowa i glosnikowa sa oddzielone wyzlobieniem w czesci srodkowej, chwytnej sluchawki. Cala obudowa aparatu i wszystkie przyciski usytuowane ponizej pola , na którym jest usytuowany wyswietlacz sa jednakowego koloru, natomiast przyciski znajdujace sie pod wyswietlaczem i obrzeze wyswietlacza sa innego koloru, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i fig. 2. PL PL PLTelephone with a display. The right to register an ornamental design is valid from 9 July 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a multi-function telephone with a display, consisting of a control and information operator panel with numerous buttons and a handset with a spiral cord. The essence of the design is a new form of the item, manifested both in the shape and design, the arrangement of individual parts of its housing and the operating buttons, and the color scheme of the elements. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the telephone from the front with the handset removed and placed on the side, while Fig. 2 shows the same telephone from the side view from the right with the handset on the hook, viewed from above. The telephone device, according to the decorative pattern shown in Figures 1 and 2, has a top view of a front panel in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners. The underside of the device, not visible, is also a rectangle with dimensions smaller than the front panel, with the distance from the top edge of the device's front panel to the base plane being greater than the distance from the bottom edge. The front panel of the device is a fragment of the lateral surface of a cylinder; the left, narrower part of the panel constitutes the resting place for the handset, achieved by using two recesses in which the speaker and microphone portions of the handset are placed. Between the recesses, numerous small-diameter spherical holes are placed at regular intervals, forming the speaker's cover. In the upper right corner of the front panel is a roughly square-shaped area, slightly raised above the front panel. In this area, in its upper part, is a rectangular display, the front surface of which is angled relative to the front panel and lies below the front panel's level. Below the display, in two rows, are eight circular, spherical control buttons, with these buttons arranged in two rows in vertical grooves. Below the buttons is a semi-transparent plate in the shape of a segment of a circle, while below, the front panel of the device has elliptical alphanumeric buttons, three in each of four rows. Beneath the elliptical buttons are three vertically plate-shaped buttons, forming a single line ending with a circular button. All buttons are positioned above the front panel of the device. The receiver is rectangular in top view, while the microphone and earpiece sections are rectangular with a square base. The microphone and speaker sections are separated by a recess in the central, gripping section of the receiver. The entire device housing and all buttons located below the display area are the same color, while the buttons located below the display and the display periphery are a different color, as shown in Figures 1 and 2.
