Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie Nowy wzór przemyslowy, który stanowi mebel wielofunkcyjny skladany przedstawiony jest w odmianach na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia widok z góry od strony bocznej na przedmiot wzoru w stanie rozlozonym z uwidocznieniem polaczen, fig. 2 pokazuje widok z przodu rozlozonego przedmiotu wzoru, a fig. 3 przedstawia przedmiot wzoru w stanie rozlozonym w widoku z boku.Inna odmiana wzoru przedstawiono na drugim rysunku gdzie fig. 4 pokazuje przedmiot wzoru w stanie zlozonym w widoku z przodu a fig. 5 pokazuje przedmiot wzoru w stanie zlozonym w widoku z boku. Cecha wyrózniajaca i charakterystyczna dla mebla wielofunkcyjnego skladanego jak pokazuja fotografie fig. 1, 2 i 3 jest jego ksztalt przypominajacy w stanie rozlozonym kwietnik lub stolik trójstopniowy badz schodki. Na fotografiach fig. 1, 2 i 3 uwidocznione sa miejsca polaczen i elementów konstrukcyjnych z których jest zbudowany przedmiot wzoru. The distinguishing feature and characteristic of a multi-functional folding furniture, as shown in the photographs in Figs. 1, 2 and 3, is its shape, when unfolded, resembling a flower bed or a three-tier table or steps.
