W aktualnym stanie techniki znane jest z opisu wzoru uzytkowego nr W 96422 rozwiazanie konstrukcji kabiny telefonicznej zblizonej do prostopadloscianu o wszystkich krawedziach i narozach zaokraglonych oraz zwienczona jest czterospadowym dachem polaczonym ze scianami: tylna i dwoma bocznymi plaszczyznami skosnymi, a ze sciana przednia lukiem. Sciany boczne posiadaja po dwa okna kazda. Kabina sklada sie z polaczonych ze soba w plaszczyznie pionowej przechodzacej pomiedzy oknami scian bocznych zewnetrznej skorupy przedniej i zewnetrznej skorupy tylnej oraz z czterech skorup wewnetrznych: dwóch wewnetrznych skorup bocznych, wewnetrznej skorupy tylnej i skorupy sufitowej. Wszystkie skorupy wykonane sa z laminatu poliestrowo- szklanego. Oprawa oswietleniowa kabiny zainstalowana jest pomiedzy przeszklonym otworem wewnetrznej skorupy sufitowej, a usytuowanym naprzeciw tego otworu oknem zewnetrznej skorupy przedniej, znajdujacym sie nad drzwiami kabiny. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie kabiny telefonicznej zapewniajacej mozliwosc swobodnego przeprowadzania rozmów telefonicznych, zas kolorystyka powierzchni nieprzezroczystych o szklanych scianach bocznych, nadaje kabinie wysokie walory estetyczne, co jest istotna zaleta w kompozycji architektury miejskiej w miejscu, gdzie bedzie wykorzystywana. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a modern-style telephone booth. The current state of the art, described in utility model no. W 96422, describes a design for a telephone booth resembling a cuboid with all edges and corners rounded. It is topped with a hipped roof connected to the rear and two side walls by inclined planes, and to the front wall by an arch. The side walls have two windows each. The booth consists of an outer front shell and an outer rear shell, connected vertically between the side wall windows, and four inner shells: two inner side shells, an inner rear shell, and a ceiling shell. All shells are made of polyester-glass laminate. The cabin's lighting fixture is installed between the glazed opening in the inner ceiling shell and the window opposite this opening in the outer front shell, located above the cabin door. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape of the telephone booth, which allows for unobstructed telephone conversations. The color scheme of the opaque surfaces with glass side walls gives the booth a high aesthetic value, a significant advantage in the urban architecture of the location where it will be used. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and the accompanying illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows Fig. 1, a perspective view of the telephone booth from the cabin entrance with the door open. The illustrative material presented in Fig. 2 is a color axonometric print of the telephone booth from the front, with the cabin doors closed. The industrial design telephone booth possesses essential industrial design features, characterized by its spatial shape as a cuboid with opaque horizontal and vertical corner elements and uniform glazed door surfaces and the opposite rear wall, partially covered at the top by an opaque panel with a concave lower edge. The interior surfaces of the side walls have a profiled upper arc, and vertical and horizontal opaque elements create sets of quadrangular and near-quadrangular glazed surfaces, stylizing the windows. The horizontal roof at the top is a section of a truncated cone with a larger base on the entrance side, which serves as the booth's display area. Inside the booth, there's a shiny metal floor with an angled slope to the ground and an opaque flat column with a telephone mounted on it. The opaque booth surface contrasts with the transparent glass surfaces and the graphic and informational composition.
