Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klosz lampy oswietleniowej. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w nietypowym ksztalcie klosza, który rózni sie od dotychczas znanych wzorów kloszy: - nietypowy ksztaltem misy, która posiada w okolo 1/3 swej wysokosci charakterystyczne przewezenie. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przedstawiony zostal na fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia klosz w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - pokazuje klosz w widoku skosnie od dolu, natomiast fig. 3 - pokazuje klosz w widoku skosnie z góry. Jak pokazano na fotografiach fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 - zglaszany do ochrony wzór klosza lampy stanowi misa, która w dole jest niemal plaska, przy czym w jej dnie znajduje sie okragly, centralnie umieszczony otwór, wokól którego dno misy zostalo nieznacznie, „spodeczkowato" wygiete. Natomiast scianka, (tj. bok misy) nachylona jest mocno do srodka, jej srednica zweza sie az do okolo 1/3 wysokosci boku misy, tj. do miejsca przewezenia. Scianka ta nastepnie rozszerza sie na pozostalej swej wysokosci, osiagajac srednice nieco wieksza od dolnej srednicy klosza. Cech a istotna wzoru przedstawionego na fotografiach fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 - jest to, ze:- stanowi ja niemal plaska, przy czym - w jej dnie znajduje sie okragly, centralnie umieszczony otwór, wokól którego dno misy zostalo nieznacznie, „spodeczkowato" wygiete, natomiast - scianka, (tj. bok misy) nachylona jest mocno do srodka, jej srednica zweza sie az do okolo 1/3 wysokosci boku misy, tj. do miejsca przewezenia, - scianka ta nastepnie rozszerza sie na pozostalej swej wysokosci, osiagajac srednice nieco wieksza od dolnej srednicy klosza.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is a lampshade. The essence of the design lies in the unusual shape of the lampshade, which differs from previously known lampshade designs: - the unusual shape of the bowl, which has a characteristic narrowing at approximately 1/3 of its height. The design being registered for protection is shown in photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the lampshade from the side, Fig. 2 shows the lampshade from the bottom, and Fig. 3 shows the lampshade from the top. As shown in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, the lampshade design being registered for protection consists of a bowl that is nearly flat at the bottom, with a centrally located circular opening at the bottom, around which the bottom of the bowl is slightly bent, "saucer-like." Meanwhile, the wall (i.e., the side of the bowl) slopes sharply inward, narrowing its diameter to about 1/3 the height of the side of the bowl, i.e., to the point of narrowing. This wall then widens along its remaining height, reaching a diameter slightly larger than the lower diameter of the shade. An important feature of the design shown in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 is that: - it is almost flat, and - in its bottom there is a round, centrally located hole, around which the bottom of the bowl is slightly bent "saucer-like", while - the wall (i.e. the side of the bowl) is strongly inclined towards the center, its diameter narrows down to about 1/3 of the height of the side of the bowl, i.e. to the narrowing point, - this wall then widens along the remaining height, reaching a diameter slightly larger than the lower diameter of the shade.
