Sloi k Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 16 grudnia 1998 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest sloik, sluzacy do pakowania artykulów spozywczych, zwlaszcza o konsystencji mazistej i pólplynnej. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, którego fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane sloika w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - druga odmiane sloika w widoku z boku, a fig. Srodkowa, cylindryczna czesc sloika posiada srednice nieco mniejsza niz sasiadujace z nia czesci dolna i górna, a na linii polaczenia tych czesci sa utworzone niewielkie uskoki. W pierwszej odmianie sloika wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, przedstawionej na rysunku fig. 1, korpus sloika ma srednice stanowiaca okolo 0,7 jego wysokosci, natomiast cylindryczna czesc srodkowa i stozkowa czesc górna stanowia odpo- wiednio okolo 0,65 i 0,2 wysokosci korpusu. W drugiej odmianie sloika wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, przedstawionej na ry- sunku fig. 2, korpus sloika ma srednice stanowiaca okolo 0,8 jego wysokosci, natomiast cylindryczna czesc srodkowa i stozkowa czesc górna stanowia odpo- wiednio okolo 0,55 i 0,25 wysokosci korpusu. Dno sloika w obydwu odmianach posiada promieniowe wyciecia na grzbiecie wypuklosci, tworzace ozdobny pierscien. PL PL PLJar The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since December 16, 1998. The subject of the ornamental design is a jar used for packaging foodstuffs, particularly those of a pasty or semi-liquid consistency. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, of which Fig. 1 shows the first version of the jar from a side view, Fig. 2 - the second version of the jar from a side view, and Fig. 3 - the jar from the bottom view. The jar's cap, according to the ornamental design, has a roughly cylindrical shape and is connected at the top to a cylindrical threaded ring with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the jar itself. The lower part of the jar's body has a rounded edge and a concave bottom. The middle part of the body is cylindrical, while the upper part has a truncated conical shape. The middle, cylindrical part of the jar has a diameter slightly smaller than the adjacent lower and upper parts, and the line of connection between these parts is marked by small offsets. In the first variety of jar according to the decorative pattern, shown in Fig. 1, the body of the jar has a diameter of approximately 0.7 times its height, while the cylindrical middle part and conical upper part constitute approximately 0.65 and 0.2 times the body's height, respectively. In the second variety of jar according to the decorative pattern, shown in Figure 2, the jar body has a diameter of approximately 0.8 times its height, while the cylindrical middle part and the conical upper part constitute approximately 0.55 and 0.25 times the body height, respectively. The bottom of the jar in both varieties has radial cutouts on the ridges, creating a decorative ring. PL PL PL
