Znane rekojesci sztucców przeznaczane do wykorzystania w konstrukcjach metalowych sztucców stolowych lub obiadowych, których ksztalt zapewniony jest w zasadzie w drodze wykrawania z okreslonej grubosci blachy, przy czym ostateczny ksztalt nadawany jest takim rekojesciom w drodze wytloczenia na ich powierzchni odpowiedniego wzoru. Przyklady takich rozwiazan znane sa z polskiego wzoru przemyslowego nr Rp-5398 lub tez ze zgloszenia polskiego opisu patentowego nr P-346064. Innym przykladem sa rekojesci sztucców Firmy GERLACH wykonywane pod numerami fabrycznymi 07, 19 i 27. Najblizszym estetycznie do zglaszanego wzoru przemyslowego jest wzór rekojesci sztucców produkowanych przez ta Firme pod numerem fabrycznym 07. Przedstawia on obustronnie plaska rekojesc na powierzchni której nie zostal wykonany zaden wzór estetyczny. Rekojesc ta ma krawedz szczytowa poprowadzona po promieniu i krawedz ta laczy sie lagodnie z krawedziami bocznymi rekojesci, które z kolei zbiegaja sie w kierunku czesci roboczej sztucców równiez po promieniu, przy czym zakonczenie rekojesci jest lekko odchylone po promieniu w kierunku wierzchniej czesci sztucców. Fig.2. Fig.3. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a cutlery handle intended for use in the construction of metal table and dinner cutlery. Known cutlery handles intended for use in the construction of metal table or dinner cutlery are generally shaped by cutting from a specific sheet metal thickness, with the final shape being given to such handles by embossing a suitable pattern onto their surface. Examples of such solutions are known from Polish industrial design no. Rp-5398 or from Polish patent application no. P-346064. Another example are the handles of GERLACH cutlery products manufactured under serial numbers 07, 19, and 27. The closest aesthetically to the submitted industrial design is the handle design of the cutlery manufactured by this company under serial number 07. It features a handle that is flat on both sides, without any aesthetic pattern. This handle has a radial top edge that blends smoothly with the side edges of the handle, which in turn converge towards the working part of the cutlery, also radially, with the handle tip slightly angled radially towards the top of the cutlery. Essential features of an industrial design The handle of cutlery according to the industrial design is characterized by a new and original form of the handle pattern, which is manifested in the shape of this pattern, which was applied to the set of these cutlery. The characteristic elements of the embossing pattern that give the handle according to the industrial design a new and original form, which distinguishes it among known industrial cutlery designs are: - the side edges from the top edge shaped with a convex radius based on a chord of a circle, are drawn in straight lines, converging towards the working part of the cutlery, - the bottom and top surfaces of the cutlery are parallel to each other and are flat surfaces, - the cross-section of the handle along its entire length has the shape of a rectangle, the edges of which are blunted along the radius. A variation of the handle of cutlery according to the industrial design is a new a form characterized by all the shape features mentioned above, in which the smaller edge of the rectangle forming the cross-section of this handle, in relation to the smaller edge of the rectangle forming the handle according to the basic variant of the industrial design, is in the proportion of 2:1. The cutlery handle according to the industrial design is shown in Figure 1. Variations of the cutlery handle according to the industrial design are additionally shown in Figures 2 and 3. The cutlery handle according to the industrial design has side edges 1 on both sides along the length of the handle. The side edges 1 from the top edge Z shaped with a convex radius based on a chord of a circle are drawn in straight lines that converge towards the working part of the cutlery. The bottom surface 2 and the top surface 4 of the cutlery are parallel to each other and are flat surfaces. The cross-section of the handle 5 along its entire length is rectangular, the edges of which are blunted along a radius. Version II of the handle according to the industrial design is characterized in that the smaller edge of the rectangle forming the cross-section of this handle, in relation to the smaller edge of the rectangle forming the cross-section of the handle according to version I - the basic industrial design, is in the proportion H/h = 2:1 Fig. 1.
