Jest to niedogodne, gdyz czesto zachodzi koniecznosc wymiany bebna na inny. Wyjecie be¬ bna i wlozenie go do drtikarki wierszowej trwa bardzo dlugo, gdyz pociaga za soba rozlaczenie i polaczenie szeregu wspólpracujacych czesci przy pomocy szeregu narzedzi warsztatowych.Celem wynalazku jest wyeliminowanie tej nie¬ dogodnosci przez opracowanie mechanizmu umoz¬ liwiajacego szybka wymiane bebna drukujacego.Istota wynalazku polega na tym, ze ruchomy beben drukarki podparty jest z dwóch stron wal¬ kami zakonczonymi powierzchniami stozkowymi przy czym jeden z nich jest staly, a drugi rucho¬ my. The aim of the invention is to eliminate this inconvenience by developing a mechanism that allows the printing drum to be quickly changed. According to the invention, the movable drum of the printer is supported on two sides by rollers with conical surfaces, one of which is fixed and the other is movable. The movable roller, supported on bearings and placed in a fixed sleeve with channels milled along its axis, is equipped with an adjustable screw, the head of which acts as a catch for the movable sleeve. The outer movable sleeve has two sleeves which cooperate simultaneously with the channels of the fixed sleeve and the screw channels of the rotary sleeve. The rotation of the rotating sleeve by means of the handle causes the linear movement of the movable sleeve, which, by pressing on the head of the screw, moves the movable shaft together with the bearings in the fixed sleeve. During operation, the rotating sleeve is secured against rotation, by means of friction sleeves pressed by springs against the support plate Such a solution ensures a quick drum change, especially important when changing the repertoire of signs, replacing them with a new one, or facilitates quick repair and maintenance such as washing or cleaning the drum. The invention is shown in an example of execution in the drawing, which shows longitudinal section of the mechanism. The printer drum 1 is supported on both sides by rollers 2 and 3 with end conical surfaces, one being fixed and the other movable. The movable roller 3, supported on bearings 4 and placed in a fixed sleeve 5 with two channels milled in the direction along the axis of the sleeve, is equipped with an adjustable screw 6, the head of which acts as a catch for the movable sleeve 7. The movable sleeve 7 outside has two bushings 8 cooperating with the channels of the fixed sleeve 5 and the screw channels of the rotary sleeve 9.
