W szynie zamontowana jest konstrukcja sufitu, skladajaca sie z belek i polaczonych z nimi listew, na których zamocowane sa plyty z materialu uszczelniajacego. Dolna czesc plyty osadzona jest pomiedzy blachami cokolowymi, pomiedzy którymi znajduje sie listwa rozpierajaca i material uszczelniajacy, a blachy cokolowe osadzone sa pomiedzy wystepami listwy przypodlogowej. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie kabiny telefonicznej oraz kolorystyka powierzchni nieprzezroczystych, zapewniajace swobodne korzystanie z aparatu telefonicznego, z równoczesnym spelnianiem wymogów estetycznych wkomponowanych w mala architekture uliczna. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku i w materiale ilustracyjnym. The design, known from the description of utility model application no. W 108262, features a freestanding, glazed telephone booth, whose shape is based on a cylindrical motif. It is constructed of four circular aluminum poles, supporting a cylindrical crown capped at the top by a profiled roof. Three safety glass side walls are topped at a certain height with an aluminum profile at the bottom. In one corner of the booth is a console with an angled, illuminated window, on which the telephone is mounted. A shelf is mounted between the console and one of the side walls, additionally reinforced with an aluminum profile. Also known from the description of utility model application no. W 108802 is a solution for a set of components for the assembly of spatial structures, particularly cabins. The solution is characterized by wall elements in the form of double steel sheet panels, filled with insulating material and equipped with mounting hooks, and laminated panels, which are detachably mounted to posts and wall posts via mounting hooks. The wall posts consist of two U-shaped profiles, one of which is attached to the wall. The posts are detachably mounted to the floor and have adjustment screws. The glass panels are attached to the posts, crossbars, and panels via the profiles. The upper sections of the panel are embedded in a rail consisting of two profiles: a semi-closed U-shaped one and a U-shaped one, inseparably connected. Crossbars embedded in the lower section of the U-shaped rail are detachably mounted to the posts using mounting hooks. The ceiling structure is mounted in the rail, consisting of beams and connected strips, on which panels of sealing material are attached. The lower section of the panel is embedded between baseboard sheets, which contain a spacer strip and sealing material, while the baseboard sheets are embedded between the skirting board protrusions. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial configuration of the telephone booth and the color scheme of the opaque surfaces, ensuring easy use of the telephone while simultaneously meeting aesthetic requirements integrated into street furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows Figure 1, a perspective view of the telephone booth from the entrance. The illustrative material shows Figure 2, a color print of the telephone booth as in Figure 1. The telephone booth according to the industrial design, in the shape of a large cuboid, has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by transparent side walls and opaque vertical corner elements, a roof, horizontal elements in the central and lower sections, and a glossy floor with an angular slope. The cabin roof is shaped like a flat cuboid with rounded side walls. Inside the cabin, there is an opaque vertical column with a telephone mounted on it. The opaque elements of the cabin frame and canopy are white, while the cabin roof is navy blue, and the inscriptions and graphic elements on the side surfaces are white, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, and in the illustrative material, Fig. 2.
