Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podpaska higieniczna. Dotychczas brak jest rozwiazan wyrobu higienicznego, w postaci podpaski higienicznej o ksztalcie bedacym przedmiotem niniejszego zgloszenia. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia podpaske higieniczna w widoku z góry.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: podpaska higieniczna charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z góry ma zarys figury, której dwa dluzsze boki sa proste, a dwa krótsze boki sa pólokragle. Do dluzszych boków podpaski higienicznej przymocowane sa skrzydelka a linia brzegowa calej podpaski higienicznej jest linia falista. To date, there are no solutions for a sanitary product in the form of a sanitary napkin in the shape that is the subject of this application. The novelty and individual character of the industrial design are reflected in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a sanitary napkin from a top view. Essential features of the industrial design: the sanitary napkin is characterized by the fact that, when viewed from above, it has the outline of a figure whose two longer sides are straight and two shorter sides are semicircular.
