Przedmiotem wynalazku jest bezwrzecionowy uchwyt cewki nawoju odbiorczego przewijarek i laczniarek przedzy.Dotychczas stosowane w przemysle wlókienni¬ czym cewki nawoiju odbiorczego przewijarek i lacz¬ niarek przedzy wytwarzane sa w wiekszosci przy¬ padków z prasowanego papieru. Rozwiazanie to zapewnia równomierna prace bez- wrzeciionowego uchwytu cewki'w procesie nawija¬ nia, i nie powoduje bledów w nawoju, obnizajacych 15 jakosc przedzy. 1 przedstawia bezwrzecionowy uchwyt wraz z cewka 25 w widoku z góry, fig. 2 — uchwyt w iprzeknoiju wzdluz linii A — A na fig. 1 i fig. 3 — jedna z tarcz elastycznych sluzacych do mocowania cewki w powiekszeniu. PLThe subject of the invention is the open-end holder for the take-up winding of winding machines and thread fastening machines. The winding coils of thread winding and fastening machines used so far in the textile industry are mostly made of pressed paper. As a result, their abrasion resistance and deformation resistance is limited. In addition, the front surfaces of the coils must be perpendicular to their longitudinal axes. This condition is difficult to achieve in practice, since these coils are particularly worn on their front surfaces and during operation they adhere unevenly to the mounting pins which form part of the endless tubular holders. As a result, these coils work unevenly, causing a distortion of the bundle, and thus a deterioration of the quality of the yarns. The designs of open-end coils holders known so far from Polish patents Nos. 42311, 64255 and 42560 do not solve this problem, because the pins securing the coils, despite the possibility of joint axial displacement, they are rigidly related to the endless spindle holder and are not capable of being aligned parallel to the face of the coils. As a result, the bearings are subjected to forces shifted from the axis, causing them to wear excessively. Therefore, the above-mentioned solutions of open-end clamps apply only to coils with small diameters * because as the diameter increases, the forces also increase, destroying both the coil itself and the rolling bearings. The invention is also known according to the American patent No. in the German Federal Republic, which raises the question of the flexible pressure of the pin against the end face of the coil. This solution, based on the operating principle of a ball joint, can only be used at low speeds of winding the yarn due to the unfavorable heat dissipation of the mutually lost components. The aim of the invention is to eliminate these drawbacks. In accordance with the object of the invention, this problem has been solved in such a way that the open-end coil holder is provided with two flexible discs, which will be attached to the mounting pins, which are fixed with screws on the axes placed in the known ball bearings embedded in the inserts of the holder housings. The flexible discs have two-stage openings and annular recesses, with each disc between the larger diameter portion of the bore and the annular recess on the reverse side of the disc having an elastic groove. The total result of the depth of the larger diameter portion of the hole and of the annular recess is greater than the width of the flexible disc. The larger diameter of the two-step hole in the disc is so matched to the diameter of the screw head that at the maximum one-sided deflection of the disc it rests against the inner surface of the larger diameter hole against the screw head. This solution makes it possible to mount both small and large diameter coils in the open-end holder and ensures even adhesion of the front surface of the coils to the mounting discs without negative effects, because the forces resulting from incorrect manufacture or wear of the coils are transferred they are not by bearings but by flexible discs. This solution ensures smooth operation of the spindle-less coil holder in the winding process, and does not cause errors in the winding, reducing the quality of the yarn. In addition, the possibility of fastening in the absolute: Large diameter large diameter coil holder allows to reduce the rotational speed of the moving parts of the coil holder while maintaining the linear speed of the threaded thread, which is equivalent to increasing the service life of the coil holder. The invention is illustrated by way of example. Fig. 1 shows the top view of the spindle holder with the coil 25, Fig. 2 - the handle in the line A - A in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 - one of the flexible discs used to fix the coil in magnification. The edgeless coil holder consists of a frame 1 with a tilting arm 2 mounted on its side, the extension of which is the handle 3. The swivel arm 2 is pressed against the coil 4 by means of springs 5 attached to the frame 1. The luminaires 6 contain inserts - movable 7 and adjustable 8, in which there are mounted 35 bearings 9, and in them the axles 10, to which are attached by means of screws 11 flexible discs 12, used to fix the coil 4 in the holder. The discs 12 are made of flexible material. There is a flexible passage 15 between the two-stage portions of the hole 13 of greater diameter and the punching out 14 on the reverse side of the disc 12, which makes it possible to order them, and the ring-shaped groove 14. the dimension of the depth of the larger diameter portion of the opening 13 and the recess mentioned above is greater than the width of the disc 12. The larger diameter of the two-stage opening 13 in the disc 12 is so selected in relation to the outer The diameter of the head of the screw 11, with the maximum one-sided deflection of the disc 12 under the effect of the load, rests the inner surface of the hole part 13 of the larger diameter against the head of the screw 11, preventing the lead 12 from deforming above the lower needle. 55 4 Operation and use of the spindle-less coil holder is as follows: the coil 4, mounted on flexible discs 12, rotates due to friction against the drum. The rotational movement is transmitted to the elastic discs 12 as a result of pressing the front surfaces of the coil 4 against the ring-shaped surface 16 of the disc 12. During the time, the rising forces resulting from the non-straightness of the front surfaces of the coils 4 to their longitudinal axes cause the rings to align parallelly. of the circular surfaces 16 of the discs 12 to the front surfaces of the coils 4 while maintaining the alignment of the coil 4 and to the inserts 7 and 8 placed in the housings 6. In the elastic deflection of the disc 12, actually only part of it, that is the narrowing 15 located on between the larger diameter part of the two-stage hole 13 and the recess 14 on the reverse side of the disc 12. In order to insert the hollow coil 4 or remove it from the already wound front, the slings are placed on the handle 3 and folds the arm 2. EN
