Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób i urzadzenie, przeznaczone do równomiernego i automatycznego dozowania jednorodnej zawiesiny. Moga one równiez sluzyc do pulsacyjnego dozowania cieczy w otwartych ukladach bezcisnieniowych.Problem dozowania zawiesiny nastrecza powazne trudnosci w wielu procesach chemicznych, gdy zawiesina musi byc jednorodna i równomiernie podawana. Celem wynalazku bylo opracowanie sposobu i skonstruowanie prostego i latwego w obsludze urzadzenia, umozliwiajacego równomierne dozowanie jednorodnej zawiesiny, a przy zastosowaniu odpowiednich dodatko¬ wych urzadzen, calkowita zautomatyzowanie procesu dozowania. Przeplyw gazu przez trójnik uniemozli¬ wia przebywanie zawiesiny w przewodzie wyprowadzajacym, a wiec w czesci urzadzenia, w której moze zacho¬ dzic sedymentacja, spelniajac w ten sposób role zaworu. • #¦*¦¦ ¦ ¦ ¦¦¦ * v PLThe subject of the invention is a method and device intended for the uniform and automatic dosing of a homogeneous suspension. They can also be used for pulsed dosing of liquids in open, non-pressurized systems. The problem of dosing the slurry is a serious problem in many chemical processes when the slurry must be homogeneous and evenly distributed. The metering methods used so far (e.g. pumps) have many disadvantages and do not ensure proper performance of this operation. The main cause of the difficulty is the sedimentation of the suspension, occurring particularly clearly in the elements feeding the medium (suspension), in the passages and other parts of the device where constant mixing is not ensured. The aim of the invention was to develop a method and construct a simple and easy-to-use device that would enable even dosing of a homogeneous suspension, and with the use of appropriate additional devices, complete automation of the dosing process. The method according to the invention is characterized by the fact that the suspension is fed in pulses thanks to periodic gas supply, which interrupts the stream of suspension, at the same time cleaning the conduits leading it out of the mixing tank. for the application of this method consists of a mixing tank, preferably its bottom is a porous sintered plate through which gas flows, ensuring a constant bubbling and obtaining good mixing and hence it various suspensions. The lower part of the mixing tank is connected to a three-way element, hereinafter referred to as a tee. Air (gas) is supplied to the tee through a two-position mechanical or electromagnetic valve. The flow of gas through the tee prevents the suspension from remaining in the discharge line, and therefore in the part of the equipment where sedimentation may occur, thus acting as a valve. A short break in the flow of gas through the tee allows the suspension to flow through the discharge line, and the re-inflow of air interrupts the dosing and removes the suspension from the tee. The short residence time of the suspension in the tee and in the slurry inlet and outlet lines prevents sedimentation from occurring, and it is advantageous if the slurry supply line is short. Regulation of the dosing rate is achieved by changing the frequency of introducing the suspension. The gas stream is controlled by a two-position electromagnetic valve, connected to an electronic system, which allows for a wide range of dosing rate changes and can work with other automation devices, e.g. thermoregulators. An example of the device according to the invention and an explanation of the dosing method are given in the drawing, which presents a general overview diagram of the device. According to the invention, the device consists of a tank-mixing vessel 1, the base of which is a porous plate 2 and a gas inlet stub 3, which results in effective mixing (bubbling). On the side of the mixing tank 1, at a short distance above the porous plate 2, there is a short, horizontal pipe 4, leading the suspension out of the mixer 1, thanks to which a significant reduction of the suspension time behind the mixing tank is achieved. This line is terminated with a three-way element (tee) 5, the arm of which 6 is connected by a line 7 (supplying gas to the tee) with the solenoid valve 8, which is controlled by the electronic system 9. • # ¦ * ¦¦ ¦ ¦ ¦¦¦ * v PL
