Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest parapet okienny przeznaczony do stosowania w pomieszczeniach mieszkalnych oraz biurowych . Istota parapetu wedlug wzoru przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz stylistyce scian oraz obrzezy. Wzór przedstawiony zostal na rysunkach w sposób schematyczny na których fig 1 przedstawia fragment parapetu w widoku z góry, z boku, oraz od czola, natomiast fig. 2 przedstawia parapet w odmianie w widoku z góry, z boku oraz w widoku od czola Parapet ma ksztalt plaskiej bryly prostopadloscienne która od czola i z boków ma sciany o profilowane krawedziach górnych, natomiast od tylu ma sciany okrawedziach prostopadlosciennych. Narozniki czolowe parapetu sa zaokraglone symetrycznie na dlugosci 5,2 cm, o promieniach wewnetrznym 2,5 i zewnetrznym 3,2 cm, oraz maja odsadzenie 3 mm. Krawedz czolowa miedzy naroznikami jest zaokraglona o promieniu 1,0 cm Parapet w odmianie jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 2 ma narozniki skosne o wymiarach 45 x 45 0 , natomiast krawedzie czolowe i boczne sa zaokraglone o promieniu 1,0 cm. Parapet wedlug wzoru ma grubosc ca 2, 0 cm i moze byc wykonany z dowolnego materialu konstrukcyjnego o dowolnym stanie powierzchni oraz kolorystyce.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Parapet okienny ma ksztalt plaskiej bryly prostopadlosciennej, której sciany czolowe i boczne maja profilowane krawedzie górne, natomiast sciana tylna ma krawedzie wzajemnie prostopadle, zas narozniki czolowe sa zaokraglone symetrycznie na dlugosci 5,2 cm o promieniach wewnetrznych 2,5 cm i zewnetrznych 3,2,cm oraz maja odsadzenie 3cm, zas sciana czolowa miedzy naroznikami jest zaokraglona od góry o promieniu 1,0 cm. 2. Odmiana parapetu jak pokazano na fig. 2 ma narozniki skosne o wymiarach 45 0 x 45 0 , natomiast sciany czolowe i boczne maja zaokraglone krawedzie górne o promieniu 1,0 cm. 3. Parapet i jego odmiana wedlug wzoru maja grubosc 2,0 cm. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a window sill intended for use in residential and office spaces. The essence of the sill, as shown in the design, is reflected in its shape and the style of the walls and edges. The design is presented in schematic drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a fragment of the sill from above, from the side, and from the front, while Fig. 2 shows the sill in various views from above, from the side, and from the front. The sill has the shape of a flat, rectangular solid with walls on the front and sides with profiled upper edges, and on the back with walls with rectangular edges. The front corners of the sill are symmetrically rounded along a length of 5.2 cm, with an inner radius of 2.5 cm and an outer radius of 3.2 cm, and have a 3 mm offset. The front edge between the corners is rounded with a radius of 1.0 cm. The window sill in the version shown in Fig. 2 has sloping corners with dimensions of 45 x 45 0, while the front and side edges are rounded with a radius of 1.0 cm. The window sill, according to the design, is approximately 2.0 cm thick and can be made of any construction material with any surface condition and color. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The window sill has the shape of a flat cuboid, the front and side walls of which have profiled upper edges, while the back wall has mutually perpendicular edges, and the front corners are symmetrically rounded along a length of 5.2 cm with internal radii of 2.5 cm and external radii of 3.2 cm and have an offset of 3 cm, while the front wall between the corners is rounded at the top with a radius of 1.0 cm. 2. The window sill variant shown in Fig. 2 has sloping corners measuring 45° x 45°, while the front and side walls have rounded upper edges with a radius of 1.0 cm. 3. The window sill and its variant as shown in the pattern are 2.0 cm thick.
