Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa, przejawiajaca sie w indywidualnym ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów postac zespolu przednich swiatel samochodu, zawierajacego oprawe, oslone ochronna i zarówki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony (w polozeniu ekspozycyjnym widocznym w stanie uzytkowania) na rysunku, na którym kolejne figury przedstawiaja: fig. 1 -zespól przednich swiatel samochodu w rzucie pionowym od przodu, fig. 2 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w rzucie pionowym od tylu, fig. 3 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, od strony prawego górnego wierzcholka czworoboku, fig. 4 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu, od strony dolnego lewego wierzcholka czworoboku, fig. 5 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w rzucie pionowym od prawej strony, fig. 6 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w rzucie pionowym od lewej strony, fig. 7 - zespól przednich swiatel samochodu z fig. 1 w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu i z lewej strony, fig. 8 - zespól przednich swiatel samochodu z fig. 1 w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu i od góry. The subject of the industrial design is shown (in the display position visible in the state of use) in the drawing, in which the subsequent figures show: fig. 1 - a set of front car lights in a vertical view from the front, fig. 2 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a vertical view from the back, fig. 3 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a perspective view from the front, from the side of the upper right vertex of the quadrangle, fig. 4 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a perspective view from the back, from the side of the lower left vertex of the quadrangle, fig. 5 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a vertical view from the right side, fig. 6 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a vertical view from the left side, fig. 7 - a set of front car lights from fig. 1 in a perspective view from the front and from the left side, Fig. 8 - The front light assembly of the vehicle from Fig. 1 in a perspective view from the front and top. Essential features of the industrial design: - The protective cover of the front light assembly of the vehicle has a shape resembling - in a vertical view of the front light assembly - a quadrilateral, the right side of which is inclined to the horizontal, lower side at an acute angle, the left side is almost perpendicular to it, slightly convex, and the upper side is inclined to the lower side at an acute angle, the vertex adjacent to the lower and left sides being chamfered and profiled so that the edge of this chamfer has the shape of a wavy line, while the remaining vertices are rounded; as shown in the drawing - Fig. 1 to Fig. 8; - The vehicle's front light assembly contains bulbs which are circular in vertical projection from the front and situated under a cover as follows: the larger bulb is placed closer to the upper left vertex of the quadrangle and the second smaller bulb is closer to the upper right vertex, the longitudinal axes of both bulbs are horizontal, furthermore, the distance of the longitudinal axis of the larger bulb from the lower side of the quadrangle is greater than the distance of the longitudinal axis of the smaller bulb from that side; as shown in the drawing - fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 6, fig. 7 and fig. 8; - The front surface of the larger bulb is situated deeper than the front surface of the smaller bulb, furthermore, the front surfaces of the bulbs have an ornament - in vertical projection from the front - with vertical, parallel lines; as shown in the drawing - fig. 1, fig. 7, fig. 8; - In the lower part of the headlamp unit surround - in a front elevational view - there is an elongated ornament comprising a set of almost parallel, closely spaced lines, located in the zone defined from below by the lower right vertex of the quadrilateral and the point of contact of the wavy line of the chamfered edge of the lower left vertex of the quadrilateral with the left side of the quadrilateral; as shown in the drawings - fig. 1, fig. 6, fig. 7 and fig. 8; - At the rear of the cover there is a shaped surround, as shown in the drawings - fig. 1 to fig. 8;F I G. 1 F I G. 7 F I G. 8F I G. 2F I G. 4F I G. 6F I G. 7F I G. 8 PL PL
