Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest firana wykonana recznie, przeznaczona do pomieszczen mieszkalnych. Znane sa firany szyte z tkanin naturalnych lub sztucznych oraz mie- szanek tych tkanin. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac firany, przejawiaja- ca sie w jej strukturze, kolorystyce, zdobieniach i uzytym materiale. Firana wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniona w czterech odmianach na fotografiach, któiych Fig. 1+4 przedstawiaja dolne frag- menty odpowiednio pierwszej, drugiej, trzeciej i czwartej odmian firany. Nadto Fig. 5+8 przedstawiaja przyklady praktycznego zastosowania fira- ny wedlug wzoru. Firana wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac azurowej, czworokat- nej dzianiny rzadkowej (falowanej), wykonanej recznie luznym splotem szydelkowym ze sznurka papierowego i zaopatrzonej w elementy ozdob- ne. Firana w pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonana z grubego sznurka papierowego w naturalnym bezowym kolorze. W poblizujej dolnej krawedzi sa rozmieszczone elementy ozdobne w postaci nie- wielkich klebków sznurka papierowego zawieszonych na krótkich odcin- kach tego sznurka. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego firana jest wykonana z cienkiego sznurka papierowego w naturalnym bezowym kolorze, a w po- blizu jej dolnej krawedzi sa rozmieszczone elementy ozdobne w postaci kokardek wykonanych z rozkreconego sznurka. W trzeciej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego firana jest wykonana z cienkiego sznurka papierowego w kolorze bialym. W poblizu jej dolnej krawedzi sa rozmieszczone elementy ozdobne w postaci kokardek wyko- nanych z rozkreconego sznurka. Firana w czwartej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonana z cienkiego sznurka papierowego w kolorze bialym, przy czym w poblizu jej dolnej krawedzi sa rozmieszczone elementy ozdobne w postaci kokardek wykonanych z rozkreconego sznurka, a po bokach firany sa rozmiesz- czone dodatkowe elementy ozdobne w postaci dzwoneczków wykonanych recznie splotem szydelkowym ze sznurka papierowego. Na fotografii Fig. 5 przedstawiono komplet trzech firanek wedlug pierwszej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, z których dwie boczne sa dluz- sze, a trzecia górna jest krótsza i znacznie poszerzona. Fig. 6 przedstawia takze firane wedlug pierwszej odmiany wzoru przemy- slowego, zaslaniajaca okolo 2/ 3 wysokosci okna. Zastosowanie drugiej odmiany firany wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na fotografii Fig. 7. W górnej czesci tej firany, w poblizu jej bocznych krawedzi sa rozmieszczone dodatkowe elementy ozdobne w po- staci dzwoneczków wykonanych recznie splotem szydelkowym ze sznur-ka papierowego w tym samym kolorze co firana. Zastosowane trzeciej odmiany firany wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazane na fotografii Fig. 8. Na obu koncach drazka, na którym wisi firana, znajduja sie dodatkowe elementy ozdobne w postaci zwojów bialej tasmy, z zawieszonymi na nich dzwoneczkami wykonanymi recznie splo- tem szydelkowym z bialego sznurka papierowego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - Firana wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac azurowej, czworokat- nej dzianiny rzadkowej (falowanej), wykonanej recznie luznym splotem szydelkowym ze sznurka papierowego. - Firana jest zaopatrzona w elementy ozdobne. - Elementy ozdobne rozmieszczone w poblizu dolnej krawedzi tkaniny maja postac niewielkich klebków zawieszonych na krótkich odcinkach sznurka. - Elementy ozdobne rozmieszczone w poblizu dolnej krawedzi tkaniny maja postac kokardek wykonanych z rozkreconego sznurka. - Niektóre odmiany firany maja rozmieszczone po bokach tkaniny do- datkowe elementy ozdobne w postaci dzwoneczków wykonanych recz- nie splotem szydelkowym ze sznurka papierowego.. - Firana jest jednobarwna w naturalnym kolorze bezowym lub bialym.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4Fig. 5 Fig. 6Fig. 7 Fig. 8 PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a hand-made curtain intended for living spaces. Curtains sewn from natural or synthetic fabrics, as well as blends of these fabrics, are known. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of curtain, manifesting itself in its structure, color, decoration, and material used. The curtain according to the industrial design is shown in four varieties in the photographs, of which Figs. 1+4 show the lower fragments of the first, second, third, and fourth varieties, respectively. Furthermore, Figs. 5+8 show examples of practical application of the curtain according to the design. The curtain according to the industrial design is an openwork, quadrangular, ruffled (wavy) knit fabric, hand-made with a loose crochet weave from paper string and equipped with decorative elements. The curtain in the first industrial design is made of thick paper string in a natural beige color. Near the bottom edge are decorative elements in the form of small balls of paper string suspended on short lengths of this string. In the second industrial design, the curtain is made of thin paper string in a natural beige color, and near its bottom edge are decorative elements in the form of bows made of unraveled string. In the third industrial design, the curtain is made of thin white paper string. Near its bottom edge are decorative elements in the form of bows made of unraveled string. The curtain in the fourth variation of the industrial design is made of thin white paper string, with decorative elements in the form of bows made of unraveled string placed near the bottom edge, and additional decorative elements in the form of hand-crocheted bells made of paper string placed on the sides of the curtain. Fig. 5 shows a set of three curtains in the first variation of the industrial design, of which the two side ones are longer, and the third, the upper one, is shorter and significantly widened. Fig. 6 also shows a curtain in the first variation of the industrial design, covering approximately two-thirds of the window height. The second curtain variation based on the industrial design is shown in Fig. 7. Additional decorative elements in the form of hand-crocheted bells made from paper string in the same color as the curtain are placed on the upper part of the curtain, near its side edges. The third curtain variation based on the industrial design is shown in Fig. 8. At both ends of the rod on which the curtain hangs are additional decorative elements in the form of coils of white ribbon, with hand-crocheted bells made from white paper string suspended from them. Essential features of the industrial design: - The curtain based on the industrial design is an openwork, quadrangular, woven (wavy) fabric, hand-crocheted with a loose weave from paper string. - The curtain is equipped with decorative elements. - Decorative elements placed near the bottom edge of the fabric are in the form of small balls suspended on short lengths of string. - Decorative elements placed near the bottom edge of the fabric are in the form of bows made of unraveled string. - Some curtain varieties have additional decorative elements placed on the sides of the fabric in the form of hand-crocheted bells made of paper string. - The curtain is single-colored in natural beige or white.
