Description

Pierwszenstwo: Zgloszenie ogloszono: 01.06.1973 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 20.05.1976 83103 MKP A61b 5/02 Int. Cl.2 A61B 5/02 :7T Twórcawynalazku: Janusz Andrzejczuk Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Slaski Osrodek Techniki Medycznej, Zabrze (Polska) Uklad detektora zespolu QRS Przedmiotem wynalazku jest uklad elektroniczny wykrywajacy zespól QRS w elektrokardiogramie. Cl.2 A61B 5/02: 7T Inventor: Janusz Andrzejczuk Authorized by a provisional patent: Silesian Center of Medical Technology, Zabrze (Poland) QRS complex detector The subject of the invention is an electronic system detecting the QRS complex in an electrocardiogram. It is used in devices supervising the work of the heart, for example: cardiotachometers, analyzers of cardiac arrhythmias: The systems known so far had generally a bandpass filter at the input and a comparator with an appropriate operating voltage. Some of them also had a limiter of rapidly changing signals, a rectifier and an amplitude regulator. The invention, the block diagram of which is shown in the drawing, allows to eliminate the signal amplitude adjustment, ensuring at the same time correct detection of QRS complexes also among disturbances. The essence of the invention is the use of an automatic gain control system 4 affecting the amplifier 2. The system 4 receives the ECG signal amplified in the band amplifier 1 and rectified in a two-pole rectifier 3. Thanks to this solution, the signal fed to the integrator 5 has the same amplitude, regardless of the electrode lead system used and the polarization of the QRS complex. The bandpass filter 1r, thanks to the characteristic increasing the ratio of the QRS signal to other waves and interference, eliminates artifacts contained in the EKG signal resulting from slowly changing signals, e.g. isoelectric line drift, and rapidly changing signals, e.g. muscle twitching, stimulating pulses, etc. 8 for pulses, from the comparator 6. The QRS pulse generator 9 is activated only when the gate is open 8. Thanks to the presented solution, a very good reliability of the detection of QRS complexes in the electrocardiogram with disturbed or distorted in various states has been achieved diseases. 2 83 103 PL PL
