Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest spinka do przewlekania przez nia apaszek, szaliczków, chust. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi ksztalt spinki i uklad otworów do przewlekania apaszki powstaly z polaczenia ze soba dwóch trapezów wzdluz ich dluzszego boku i na pozostalych wierzcholkach. Oba trapezy sa wygiete tak, aby po ich polaczeniu otrzymac 3 otwory do przewlekania, patrz rys. 1 i 2 oraz fot. 1 i 2. Na zewnetrznej powierzchni trapezów moze byc dowolny ornament.
