Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pocztówka posiadajaca ogólnie cechy typowej pocztówki, ale wyposazonej w dodatkowe atrybuty. Znane sa pocztówki z jednym lub kilkoma zdjeciami wypelniajacymi cala powierzchnie po jednej stronie pocztówki, a druga strona pocztówki przeznaczona jest na adres i korespondencje. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy wzór pocztówki, charakteryzujacy sie tym, ze posiada wolna powierzchnie sluzaca do wklejania dowolna metoda dowolnych zdjec np. osób, grupy osób lub innych kompozycji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w dziesieciu odmianach uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig.4, Fig.5, Fig.6, Fig.7, Fig.8, Fig.9, Fig. 10, na których zdjecia oznaczono schematycznie polami zakreskowanymi, a wolna powierzchnie schematycznie przedstawiono w postaci kwadratu. Odmiane pierwsza wzoru przemyslowego przedstawia Fig.l, gdzie zdjecia w ksztalcie trapezów rozmieszczone sa po brzegach pocztówki, a wolna czysta powierzchnia usytuowana jest na pocztówce centralnie.Odmiane druga wzoru przemyslowego przedstawia Fig.2, gdzie zdjecia w ksztalcie dwóch kwadratów usytuowanych po brzegach w górnej czesci pocztówki i w ksztalcie prostokata usytuowanego w dolnej czesci pocztówki, zas czysta wolna powierzchnia znajduje sie pomiedzy zdjeciami w ksztalcie kwadratów w górnej czesci widokówki. Postcards are known with one or more photographs filling the entire surface on one side, while the other side is intended for addresses and correspondence. The essence of the industrial design is a new postcard design, characterized by a free surface for attaching any photographs, e.g., of people, groups of people, or other compositions, using any method. The industrial design in ten variations is shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9, and Fig. 10, in which the photographs are schematically marked with hatched areas, and the free surface is schematically represented as a square. The first variant of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1, where trapezoidal photos are arranged around the edges of the postcard, and the free, clear area is centrally located. The second variant of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 2, where photos are in the shape of two squares located around the edges in the upper part of the postcard and a rectangle located in the lower part of the postcard, and the free, clear area is located between the square photos in the upper part of the postcard. The third variant of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 3, where photos in the shape of a large and small rectangle are located on the right and upper left sides of the postcard, and the free, clear area is located in the lower left corner of the postcard. The fourth variant of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 4, where one rectangular photo has a free, clean area cut out from the bottom of the postcard, offset toward the right edge of the postcard. The fifth variant of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 5, where four rectangular photos are positioned at the edges of the postcard, and the free, clean area is located in the center of the postcard, offset slightly toward the bottom edge of the postcard. The sixth variant of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 6, where photos in the shape of two rectangles are located on the left and lower right parts of the postcard and a square in the upper right corner of the postcard, with a clear free area in the center of the top part of the postcard. The seventh variant of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 7, where photos in the shape of two squares are located on the right side of the postcard, a rectangle in the middle part of the postcard, and a square in the lower left corner of the postcard, with a clear free area in the upper left corner of the postcard. The eighth variant of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 8, where, against the background of a large photo, two rectangular photos are located in the upper left and lower right corners of the postcard, with a clear free area in the center of the postcard. The ninth version of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 9, where two smaller rectangular photos are placed in the lower left and right corners of the postcard against a large photo, and a free, clear area is cut out from the large photo in the center of the top half of the postcard. The tenth version of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 10, where two square photos are placed in the lower left and right corners of the postcard and a rectangular photo in the upper half of the postcard, and a free, clear area is located between the square photos in the lower part of the postcard. The essential features of the industrial design include the fact that the familiar postcard form has free areas in various places on the postcard for gluing in any photos using any method.
