Zwieksza to niebezpieczen¬ stwo zanieczyszczenia zawartosci i wnetrza smocz¬ ka. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia cylindryczna czlonu zamykajacego 36 styka sie z odpowiadajaca jej wewnetrzna cylindryczna 65 6 czescia smoczka, która styka sie zewnetrznie z wewnetrzna powierzchnia nakrywki 35, przyle¬ gajaca do jej obrzeza 43. Przedostawanie sie powie¬ trza moze nastepowac tylko wówczas, gdy pomie¬ dzy tymi dwiema strefami butelki do karmienia istnieje znaczna róznica cisnienia. Normalnie jed¬ nak elastyczny smoczek zamyka otwór 46.Taka róznica cisnienia moze zaistniec w trakcie procesu sterylizacji, przeprowadzanego przez ogrze¬ wanie. Umozliwienie takiego przechodzenia powie¬ trza moze nie byc jednak konieczne.Gdy zachodzi koniecznosc uzycia uprzednio na¬ pelnionej i wysterylizowanej butelki do karmie¬ nia, trzeba tak nacisnac kopulke nakrywki 35, aby sila, przeniesiona przez obrzeze 43 na czlon zamy¬ kajacy 36, spowodowala wepchniecie tego czlonu PL PLPatent proprietor: Lewis Woolf Griptight Limited, Birmingham (Great Britain). Infant feeding bottle The invention relates to a baby feeding bottle containing a liquid container, a pacifier attached to the container, a removable nipple cap which protects the nipple before use, and a means for separating the inside of the nipple from the inside of the container before the bottle is ready for use. Infant feeding bottles are known which are pre-filled and often sterilized in which bottles, prior to use, understand the contents. the interior of the nipple is separate from each other. The "\ q separation is used because, in the absence of a closure element, the liquid tends to dry out, leading to clogging and increasing the risk of spoilage of the contents of the bottle and nipple. This is usually achieved by using separate seals on the top of the container and on the packaging containing the nipple and its holder. Before using such a bottle, it is necessary to remove these seals. This increases the risk of contamination of the contents and the interior of the nipple. The cost of manufacturing such a bottle is relatively high. In these solutions, the container and the nipple assembly are packaged separately and are put together immediately before use, after the packaging has been removed. Such a bottle is impractical and sterilization of the container and the nipple together with its holder is of little effectiveness. Normally these operations are carried out separately, which increases the cost of production and filling. There are also bottles in which the nipple is permanently attached to the container, and their interiors are separated by a closure member, movable by a force applied from the outside. These forces cause undesirable distortion of the nipple. Moreover, the closure member is difficult to remove when necessary. The object of the invention is to provide a bottle for feeding infants in which not only the contents of the bottle are separated from the interior of the nipple before use, but also the risk of contamination when preparing it for use. is kept to a minimum by avoiding the need to separate these parts during preparation. Moreover, the opening of the interior of the nipple into the interior of the container is carried out quickly, in an uncomplicated and reliable manner. A bottle for feeding babies, according to the invention, comprises a liquid container having an outlet, surrounded by a rim, and a flexible teat with an opening. the outlet and a flange portion abutting the rim and attached to the container so as to be sealed to hold the liquid in the container, a removable cap protecting the nipple, the cap having an inner ring portion 814463 in contact with the container. part of the nipple to create an additional seal of the nipple shield and a sealing element sealing the connection between the interior of the container and the interior of the nipple, the sealing element being frictionally connected to the interior of the nipple and being manipulated by the nipple cap to remove the sealing element from its sealing position and these manipulations are performed with the cap sm the mesh still covering the nipple. The subject of the invention is illustrated in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows, in an enlarged section, the upper part of the feeding bottle in a closed state, Fig. 2 - the upper part of the feeding bottle according to fig. 1 partially opened, fig. 3 - top part of the same bottle, next position during opening, fig. 4 - top part of a feeding bottle, ready for use, in an open state, in section, fig. 5 - the upper part of the feeding bottle according to the invention, with a different structure, in section, Fig. 6 - the upper part of the bottle of a different construction, in section, Fig. 7, 8 and 9 - schematic sections of other bottle designs. the infant shown in Figs. 1-4 comprises a liquid food container 10 having an outlet 11, surrounded by a flat peripheral surface forming a rim 12. Near the outlet 11 there is a neck 13 which is narrower than the opening 11.On the side of the surface 12, the neck 13 is bounded by a cone-shaped surface 14 that passes into a cylindrical surface 15. The flat surface 12 forms a support for the collar 16 of the flexible nipple 17. The bottle is fitted with a mounting ring 18, which, encircling the nipple collar 16, attaches the nipple to the container 10. The ring 18 overlaps the cone-shaped surface 14. The nipple 17 has a pear-shaped end in which a hole 18 'is made. Between the collar 16 and the pear-shaped end of the nipples, the nipple has a neck 19 and an annular inner protrusion 21 at the narrowest part of the neck 19. Between the neck 19 and the collar 16, the nipples have a cylindrical part 22, which is shown in Fig. 4 in the state The nipple 17 is capped by a cap 23. The cap 23 has a stepped open end comprising a rim portion 24 surrounding a clamping ring 18 and a two step portion 25. Figure 1 shows the rim portion 24 of the cap. , bent with its lower end on that part of the fastening ring 18 that covers the surfaces 14 of the container. This coupling retains the cap 23 on the container 10. When the cap 23 is in the position shown in Fig. 1, the inner ring edge of its portion 25 is frictionally joined to the inner surface of the cylindrical portion 22 of the nipple 17, which causes deflection of this part. '-¦- • ¦.¦¦; Inside the nipple and in the opening of the nipple there is a closure member 26 intended to run the connection between the interior of the nipple and the interior of the nipple. The closure member 26 is most often a cylindrical cup-shaped member with the open end facing the interior of the container. The edge of the open end has a bead forming the outer circumferential portion 27 in the shape of a conical cone. The outer edge of the closed end of this member has a rounding 28. The mean diameter of the cone-shaped parts 27, 10 is approximately equal to the diameter of the opening 11 of the container 10, so that the closure member is stuck in the opening, sealing it. Both the container 10 and the closure member 26, however, are made of a material that is flexible enough to allow the closure member to be fully pushed through the opening 11, as shown below. There is also an additional sealing contact between the outer cylindrical surface of the sealing member 26 and the inside of the nipple at a position adjacent to the cap portion 25 23. This contact is made by the pressure of the cap 23 on the cylindrical portion 22 of the nipple which deforms so that in turn it is in contact with the closure member 26. The above parts have been described in the position as shown in Fig. 1. This refers to the state in which the bottle is stored. When it is to be ready for use, certain steps must be taken, with Figures 2, 3 and 4 showing the gradual states of the bottle up to its fully open state and ready for use, as shown in Figure 4. the operation is to pull the cap 23 upwards to release its rim portion 24 from engaging around the fastening ring 18. The cap is made of a material that allows it to break or stretch when required by hand alone. Sliding the cap down to the position shown in Fig. 2 allows the flexible nipple to return to its free shape. This removes the tightness between the cap 23 and the nipple 17, and between the inside of the nipple and the closure member 26. The next step is to push the cap down to its original position as shown in Figure 3. Since the cap diameter, apart from its flange, it is smaller than the diameter of the cylindrical part 22 of the nipple, this part is corrugated or bulged as shown in the figure. It also uses a frictional connection between the part of the cap and the outer surface of the nipple. These conditions are taken into account when selecting the materials for the above part. The inner protrusion 21 of the nipple 50 rests against the end of the closure member 26 and causes it to be pushed through the opening 11 into the container 10. This allows liquid from the inside of the container to enter the interior of the nipple. The cap 60 is removed and discarded immediately prior to use of the bottle. Fig. 4 shows the nipple in an unstressed state and a closure member 25 located in the space of the container between the opening 11 and the neck 13. The size of this member prevents it from falling into the container through the neck 13. The shape and size of the member the closing member, as well as the space it occupies, is chosen so as not to allow the closing member to take a position in which it would block the flow of liquid between the inside of the container and the inside of the nipple. the use of the nipple and the possibility of removing and reattaching the nipple is not foreseen. the nipple 17 to the fastening ring 18 and then to the cap 23, placing the closure member 26 inside the nipple and finally placing this assembly on the pre-filled container 10 while ensuring that it adheres perfectly to the opening. 11 of the container, and then rolling or otherwise forming the edge portion 24 of the cap 23 and the edge of the mounting ring on the conical surface 14 of the container "10. The cap and the mounting ring are preferably made of plastics, although they may also be made of metal or any other suitable material, or any combination thereof. The feeding bottle is preferably heat sterilized after assembly. Figure 3 shows a feeding bottle of another form including a container 30 for liquid food, the container being made of a self-supporting plastic material. The container 30 has an opening 31 surrounded by a conical outer surface 32. A ring-shaped groove 33 is formed in the surface 32. The open upper part of the container 30 is connected to an elastic nipple 34, nipple cap 35, closure member 36 and clamping ring 37, which are folded together before being placed on the container in the same manner as in the construction previously described. The nipple 34 is finally provided with one or more exit orifices not shown. The nipple has a tapered flange 38 adapted to the conical surface 32 of the container 30. The nipple 34 also has a flat, annular portion 39. The nipple flange 38 is attached to the surface 32 of the container by a fastening ring. * .- 37, which is usually in the shape of a taper cone and which has internal ring beads 41,42 on its broader and narrow end. A bead 41 on the wider end of the retaining ring 50 engages with the annular groove 33 on the container 30 The cap 35 ends with a dome and forms a cover in which the nipple 34 is placed. The rounded end of the nipple does not need to touch the cap 55 55. The open end of the cap 35 is provided with a rim 43 which engages with the bead 42 of the ring. Clamping member 36, which is shaped like a cylindrical 60 cup with a small collar, is placed in the open end of the nipple. The flange 44 of the closure member 36 contacts the underside of the annular portion 39 of the nipple 34. The outer cylindrical surface of the closing member 36 contacts a corresponding inner cylindrical portion 65 of the nipple which externally contacts the inner surface of the cap 35 adjoining it. flanges 43. The cap, closure member and fastening ring are preferably made of a rigid but flexible plastic material. As shown in the drawing, the cap is provided with an inwardly directed small bead 45 for achieving a sealing contact at the desired location between the cap, nipple and closure member. A further seal is formed by the rim 43 of the cap. contacting the flat, annular portion 39 of the nipple, which on the inside rests on the flange 44 of the closure member 36. The distal seal is formed by the fixation ring 37, the nipple flange 38 and the surface 32 of the container 30. 36 forms a seal separating the contents of the container 30 from the inside of the nipple 34. The closure member 36 is held in the nipple by frictional engagement and does not fall out of the nipple during transport and storage of the feeding bottle. The closure member also serves to hold all parts of the assembly before it is attached to the container. As shown in Figure 5, the closure member 36 has an opening 46 in its cylindrical wall, and the wall. it is locally flat at this point. This device serves as a valve through which air from the inside of the nipple can enter the interior of the container. Air leakage can only take place when there is a significant pressure difference between the two zones of the feeding bottle. Normally, however, the flexible nipple closes the opening 46. Such a pressure difference may arise during the sterilization process carried out by heating. It may not be necessary, however, to allow such a passage of air. When it is necessary to use a previously filled and sterilized feeding bottle, it is necessary to press the dome of the cap 35 so that the force transmitted through the rim 43 to the closing member 36 causes pushing this member PL PL
