Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bateria, zwlaszcza do przeplywowego ogrzewacza wody montowanego na instalacji wodociagowej. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii nadajacych baterii charakterystycznego wygladu. Znane sa baterie, które posiadaja zarys odwróconej litery Y utworzone z przenikajacych sie walców. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia baterie w perspektywicznym widoku czolowym a fig. 2 - w widoku z góry. Ksztalt nowej postaci baterii wyróznia sie tym, ze w rozwidleniu krócców gniazd zaworów regulujacych wyplyw wody posiada wypuklosc I o zarysie walca lub zblizona do scietego stozka. Plaskie sciecie wypuklosci jest usytuowane pod katem do plaszczyzny baterii.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a faucet, specifically for a flow-through water heater mounted on a water supply system. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the item, manifested in particular in its shape and the arrangement of lines that give the faucet its distinctive appearance. Faucets are known that have the outline of an inverted letter Y formed from intersecting cylinders. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the faucet in a perspective frontal view and Fig. 2 - in a top view. The shape of the new faucet is distinguished by the fact that the fork of the connectors of the valve seats regulating the water flow has a convexity I with a cylindrical or nearly truncated cone-shaped outline.
