Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przeplywowy ogrzewacz wody montowany na instalacji wodociagowej. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii nadajacych ogrzewaczowi charakterystycznego wygladu. Znane przeplywowe ogrzewacze wody posiadaja ksztalt prostopadloscianu 0 zaokraglonych krawedziach pokrywy. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia ogrzewacz w widoku czolowym, fig. 2 - ogrzewacz w widoku z boku a fig. 3 - ogrzewacz w widoku z góry. Ksztalt nowej postaci ogrzewacza wyróznia sie tym, ze bok, zarówno podstawy 1 jak 1 pokrywy 2, usytuowany naprzeciw boku zawierajacego krócce do zamocowania na instalacji, posiada zaokraglenie, natomiast w przekroju poprzecznym (fig. 3) pokrywa 2 ogrzewacza posiada symetryczna zbieznosc zakonczona lagodnym promieniem a w przekroju wzdluznym czesc górna ma zarys zblizony do ramienia odwróconej paraboli a linia zarysu czesci dolnej jest usytuowana pod ostrym katem w stosunku do podstawy i lukiem polaczona z czescia górna (fig. 2). Ponadto czesc górna i czesc dolna pokrywy posiadaja przestrzenne obnizenia zarysu oddzielone paskiem o linii zarysu pokrywajacej sie z wymiarem podstawy ogrzewacza i czesc górna, w przestrzennym obnizeniu zarysu, na krawedziach wyprowadzonych z narozy, posiada symetrycznie usytuowane promieniowe rowki, które dla siebie sa lustrzanym odbiciem.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe industrial design is for a flow-through water heater mounted on a water supply system. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the item, particularly in its shape and the arrangement of lines that give the heater its distinctive appearance. Known flow-through water heaters are cuboid-shaped with rounded edges. The design is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the heater from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the top. The shape of the new heater is distinguished by the fact that the side of both the base 1 and the cover 2, located opposite the side containing the connectors for mounting on the installation, is rounded, while in the cross-section (Fig. 3), the heater cover 2 has a symmetrical taper ending in a gentle radius, and in the longitudinal section, the upper part has an outline similar to the arm of an inverted parabola, and the outline line of the lower part is situated at an acute angle in relation to the base and connected to the upper part by an arc (Fig. 2). Furthermore, the upper and lower parts of the cover have spatial outline depressions separated by a strip with an outline line coinciding with the dimensions of the heater base, and the upper part, in the spatial outline depression, on the edges extending from the corners, has symmetrically located radial grooves, which are mirror images of each other.
