In this way, at the point of welding, no time is wasted on heating the materials to be welded, therefore the welding speed is practically determined by the speed of laying of the filler material at the joint of the sheets to be welded, and it significantly increases compared to known devices. The subject of the invention is shown in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a device for welding linoleum sheets in longitudinal section, fig. 2 shows the device in a top view with a partial section, fig. 3 shows the welding heads, a view according to arrow A in fig. 1, fig. 4 shows the head of the welding machine, the view according to the arrow B in fig. 1, fig. 5 shows a general view of the device for pressing adjacent edges of the welded sections of linoleum sheets. The device shown in the figure consists of a hollow body 1 (fig. 1 and 2), with one on the side of which the welding head 2 is connected, and on the other side, the electric motor 3 with the fan 4. In the body 1 place There is an electric heater in the form of a ceramic element 5 with a spiral 6. A filler material cord guide 7, in the form of a tube 8, is attached to the welding head. The welding head has a channel 9 for the flow of heated air (shown by arrow C) to the welding zone. The channel 9 ends with a central hole 10, and in the walls of its outlet part, slit cuts 11 and 12 are made. The slot cut 11 is placed in the bottom of the head 2 in such a way that in the operating position of the device it is directed along the welded edges 12 and the slit cut 13 along the tube 8, the tube 8 also has a cut 14, coinciding with the cut 13, for the passage of the heated air directly into the additional material string 7. In the head 2 there are provided covers 15 and 16 (Fig. 4 and 5) covering slotted cuts 11 and 13. A bracket 17 with a roller 18 and a load 19 is fastened to the head 2, and support rollers 20 and a handle 22 are fixed to the body 1. The device according to the invention works as follows. The device is placed on the linoleum sheets to be welded previously laid on the floor in such a way that the guide rollers 21 (Fig. 1) are at their contact. The string of additional material 7 is put through the tube 8 under the roller 18 and the electric motor 3 of the fan 4 is turned on, which starts to supply cool air to the body 1. The air, heated by the spiral 6 of the electric heater to the welding temperature, flows into the channel 9 of the head 2. Thanks to the slots 11 and 13, the stream of heated air (arrow C shown) is directed not only to the central hole 9 to the welding site, but also to the additional material string 7 and the welded edges 12 in front of the welding site, heating them to a ductile state in the sections , approximately equal to the length of the slots 11 or 13. With the aid of the handle 22, the device on the support rollers 20 moves along the contact area of the welded linoleum sheets. The roll 18 arranges therein the string of filler material 7. The hot air jet directed from the central outlet 10 to the welding area simultaneously melts the edges of the welded sheets and the filler material, thereby welding them. As the device is moved along the contact of the sheets, the roll 18 clamps and smoothes the seam that forms. The edges of the welded sheets of linoleum may become puffed when exposed to high temperatures. To prevent this, the edge sections of the sheet are pressed against the elements 25 (Fig. 5). Depending on the type of materials to be welded and the ambient temperature, the amount of hot air passing through the slit cuts 11 and 13 is regulated by the curtains 15 and 16 (Figs. 3 and 4). The pressure required for welding is provided by a load 19. Maintaining a constant amount of air valve 24 (Fig. 2) is achieved by means of valve 24 (Fig. 2), and the regulation of the heated air temperature is achieved by valve 23. The device according to the invention increases the welding speed compared to the known devices 4-5 - and gives an economic effect as a result of increased work efficiency. PL PL
