Description

Pierwszenstwo: Zgloszenie ogloszono: 02.12.1974 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 30.09.1975 80022 KI. 491,15/28 MKP B23p 15/28 CZYTELNIA Twórcy wynalazku: Edmund Bryjak, Chryzant Lesniak, Marian Michalczyk, Gerard Stolorz Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Huta Baildon, Katowice (Polska) Sposób wytwarzania narzedzi stalowych Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania narzedzi stalowych zrobionych ze stali weglowej stopo¬ wej i szybkotnacej, w pierwszym rzedzie plytek wieloostrzowych i wiertel kretych, powleczonych warstwa zwiazku/ów pierwiastka/ów okresu 2 grupy III, IV, V ukladu okresowego wedlug Mendelejewa z pierwiast- kiem/ami grupy IV, V, VI rzedu 1 ukladu okresowego wedlug Mendelejewa i poddanych nastepnie obróbce cieplnej.W publikacji Neue Hiitte 1970 r nr 3 opisano sposób wytwarzania narzedzi stalowych powleczonych wars¬ twa weglika, droga obróbki cieplno-chemicznej narzedzia i nastepnym zahartowaniu w atmosferze gazu ochron¬ nego. Koniecznosc skomplikowanej obróbki cieplnej w atmosferze gazu ochronnego wynika z opisanej w publi¬ kacji Bander^ Bleche Róhre 1970 r nr 4 malej odpornosci warstwy weglików na utlenienie w temperaturach powyzej 600°C. Tozachowanie sie warstwy rzutuje równiez i na trwalosc powleczonego nia narzedzia.W polskim zgloszeniu patentowym nr P 156230 opublikowanym w Biuletynie nr 29/73, opisano sposób zwiekszenia trwalosci powleczonego narzedzia, droga zastosowania powlekania jego raz warstwa zwiazku zawie¬ rajacego jeden z pierwiastków okresu 2 grupy III, IV, V, a nastepnie warstwa zawierajaca inny pierwiastek z tego okresu i grupy.Celem wynalazku jest uproszczenie obróbki cieplnej powleczonych narzedzi. Cel ten uzyskano przez prze¬ prowadzenie nagrzewania do hartowania narzedzia powleczonego warstwa zwiazku/ów pierwiastka/ów okresu 2 grupy III, IV, V ukladu okresowego wedlug Mendelejewa z pierwiastk^m/ami grupy IV, V, VI rzedu 1 ukladu okresowego wedlug Mendelejewa, w kapieli solnej, skladajacej sie najkorzystniej z 90-100% BaCI2,0-9% MgF2 i 0-2% zwiazków boru: Obrabiana cieplnie narzedzie powinno byc powleczone sposobem wedlug patentu polskiego nr 67499.Uzyskane wedlug tego patentu powloki wykazuja dobra odpornosc na utlenienia w temperaturach dochodza¬ cych nawet do 1300°C. Umozliwia to przeprowadzenie nagrzewania do hartowania narzedzia powleczonego taka warstwa, bez zadnego pogorszenia jej budowy, bezposrednio w kapieli solnej i to nie tylko stali narzedziowych weglowych, ale nawet i stali szybkotnacych. Korzystne jest pokrycie narzedzia naprzód warstwa azotku o gru¬ bosci kilku /im a nastepnie warstwa weglika o grubosci kilku do kilkunastu /im, co zapobiega wytwarzaniu sie w czasie nagrzewania, pomiedzy materialem narzedzia a powlekana warstwa weglików, niskotopliwej eutektyki.2 80 022 PL PLPriority: Application announced: 02.12.1974 Patent description was published: 30.09.1975 80022 KI. 491.15 / 28 MKP B23p 15/28 READING ROOM Inventors: Edmund Bryjak, Chrysant Lesniak, Marian Michalczyk, Gerard Stolorz Authorized by the provisional patent: Huta Baildon, Katowice (Poland) Method of manufacturing steel tools The subject of the invention is a method of manufacturing steel tools made of carbon steel and high-speed steel, in the first row of indexable plates and tilted drills, coated with a layer of compound (s) of the period 2, groups III, IV, V of the periodic system according to Mendeleev with the element (s) of groups IV, V, VI of the row 1 of the periodic table according to Mendeleev and then subjected to heat treatment. Neue Hiitte, 1970 No. 3 describes the method of producing steel tools coated with a layer of carbon, the method of thermo-chemical treatment of the tool and subsequent hardening in a protective gas atmosphere. The need for complex heat treatment in a protective gas atmosphere results from the low resistance of the carbide layer to oxidation at temperatures above 600 ° C, as described in Bander Bleche Röhre 1970 No. 4. The behavior of the layer also affects the durability of the coated tool. Polish Patent Application No. P 156230, published in Bulletin No. 29/73, describes a method of increasing the durability of the coated tool, the way of applying the coating to a layer of a compound containing one of the elements of the 2nd group period III, IV, V and then a layer containing another element from this period and group. The object of the invention is to simplify the heat treatment of the coated tools. This aim was achieved by carrying out the heating for hardening of the tool coated with the layer of compound (s) of the period 2 group III, IV, V of the periodic system according to Mendeleev with the elements of groups IV, V, VI of the 1st order of the periodic table according to Mendeleev, in a salt bath, preferably consisting of 90-100% BaCI2, 0-9% MgF2 and 0-2% boron compounds: The heat-treated tool should be coated according to the Polish patent No. 67499. The coatings obtained according to this patent show good resistance to oxidation at temperatures as high as 1300 ° C. This makes it possible to carry out the heating for hardening the tool coated with such a layer, without any deterioration of its structure, directly in the salt bath, not only in carbon tool steels, but even in high-speed steels. It is preferable to first coat the tool with a layer of nitride with a thickness of a few µm and then a layer of carbide with a thickness of several to several µm, which prevents the formation of low-melting eutectic between the material of the tool and the coated carbide layer during heating. 2 80 022 EN EN
