Znana jest ze zgloszenia polskiego wzoru uzytkowego nr 111020 podstawka nagrobkowa pod znicze wykonana ze szkla hartowanego wykonana w formie czystej, gladkiej, prostokatnej plytki ustawianej na czterech nózkach. Znana jest tez ze zgloszenia wzoru uzytkowego nr 111670 podstawka pod znicz nagrobkowy zbudowana z plaskiej podstawy, której zewnetrzna powierzchnia zdobiona jest plaskim lub wypuklym ornamentem a na niej umieszczona jest modlaca sie figurka. Naprzeciw tej figury jest wklesle gniazdo, w którym umieszcza sie znicz. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac powierzchni licowej podstawki nagrobkowej, nadana je j przez ornament, kolorystyke i ksztalt. Podstawka nagrobkowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie korzystnie prostokatnej i wysokosci wielokrotnie mniejszej niz pozostale jej wymiary. Podstawka wykonana jest z dowolnego tworzywa i posiada od spodu co najmniej trzy nózki rozmieszczone symetrycznie i korzystnie wykonane z elastycznego materialu polaczone z nia rozlacznie. Na czesci licowej i czesciach bocznych posiada powierzchnie gladka, przy czympowierzchnia licowa ma na obrzezach w formie ramki wypukly, zabarwiony relief w kolorze czarnym lub jasno szarym. This stand is known from Polish utility model application no. 111020, a tombstone stand for lanterns made of tempered glass, constructed as a clean, smooth, rectangular plate set on four legs. Also known from utility model application no. 111670 is a gravestone stand for lanterns constructed of a flat base, the outer surface of which is decorated with a flat or convex ornament, and on which a praying figurine is placed. Opposite this figure is a concave socket in which the lantern is placed. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the face of the gravestone base, given to it by ornamentation, color, and shape. A gravestone base according to the industrial design is in the shape of a cuboid, preferably with a rectangular base and a height many times smaller than its other dimensions. The base is made of any material and has at least three legs, symmetrically arranged on the underside, preferably made of a flexible material, and detachably connected to it. It has a smooth surface on the face and sides, while the face has a convex, colored relief framed around the edges in black or light gray. The background of the base is colored black, light gray, or brown, or in interspersed colors of black and light gray. In the upper part of the front surface, in the center, either on the right or on the left side, there is an identical ornament in the form of a "cross" with the letters "s" and "p". These letters are placed on its right and left side, respectively, in black or light gray. The combination of the colors of the background, frame and the "cross" ornament is contrasting, as shown in the attached photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 9.
