Description

Pierwszenstwo: • Zgloszenie ogloszono: 01.10.1974 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 30.09.1975 79840 KI. 21e, 27/26 MKP- G01r 27/26 l C ~ • - *- M1A 1 Urzedu Patentowego Twórcywynalazku: Józef Trynkiewicz, Jerzy Kopka Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Politechnika Slaska im. Pod wplywem napiecia przemiennego U~ plyna prady li i l2; prad li okreslony jest impedancja zastepcza izolacji glównej urzadzenia 1 badanego, a prad l2 pojemnoscia kondensatora 2 wzorcowego o pomijalnie malym wspólczynniku stratnosci.W elektronicznym mierniku 3 przesuniecia fazowego zasilanym ze zródla 4 pradu stalego porównywane sa wedlug znanych sposobów przesuniecia fazowe pradów li i l2, a wynik pomiaru zostaje wskazany wskaznikiem 5 znajdujacym sie w scianie ekranujacej obudowy 6 aparatu. Cale urzadzenie pomiarowe mocowane jest na2 79840 zacisku 7 wysokonapieciowego urzadzenia 1 badanego i podczas pomiaru posiada wysoki potencjal w stosunku do ziemi. PL PLPriority: • Application announced: October 1, 1974 Patent description was published: September 30, 1975 79840 KI. 21e, 27/26 MKP- G01r 27/26 l C ~ • - * - M1A 1 of the Patent Office of the Originator of the Invention: Józef Trynkiewicz, Jerzy Kopka Authorized by a temporary patent: Politechnika Śląska im. Wincentego Pstrowskiego, Gliwice (Poland) Connection system of the insulation loss factor meter for electric power devices The subject of the invention is a connection system for the insulation loss factor meter for electric power devices such as current and voltage transmitters, transformers, generators. A well-known and used circuit is a high-voltage bridge. The use of the Schering bridge for operational tests of the insulation condition of electric power devices is burdensome mainly due to the difficulty of balancing the bridge, which is caused by the influence of external electric and magnetic fields coming from the neighboring and active electrical devices. Moreover, the use of a Schering bridge poses a considerable risk of electrocution to the measuring personnel. The object of the invention is to remedy the above-mentioned drawbacks of the measuring system currently used. This goal was achieved by the use of an electronic phase angle meter for two currents flowing under the influence of the same alternating voltage. The first of these currents is determined by the resultant insulation impedance of the device under test, and the second is the capacity of the standard capacitor with a negligibly low loss factor. The electronic displacement meter is equipped with a digital or tilting indicator enabling the remote reading of the measured value. The whole device, together with the power supply source, is placed in a common shielding casing and fixed with one of its terminals to the high-voltage terminal of the tested device. The main advantages of using the invention are: remote reading without the need to approach devices that are under high voltage, reducing the time of performing the measurement and eliminating the influence of external fields on the measurement result. The subject of the invention is presented in the example of the embodiment in the drawing. Under the influence of alternating voltage U ~ currents li and l2 flow; current l is determined is the substitute impedance of the main insulation of the tested device 1, and the current l2 is the capacitance of the standard capacitor 2 with a negligible loss factor. In the electronic phase shift meter 3 supplied from the direct current source 4, the phase shifts of li and l2 are compared according to known methods, and the measurement result is indicated by the indicator 5 located in the screening wall of the camera housing 6. The entire measuring device is attached to the terminal 7 of the high-voltage device 1 under test and has a high potential with respect to the ground during the measurement. PL PL
