Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw reklamowy dla towarów tego same- go rodzaju lecz róznego gatunku. W znanych zestawach reklamowych towarów, tego samego rodzaju lecz róznych gatunków, wytwarzanych przez jednego producenta, znak towarowy producenta jest umie- szczny na towarach oraz w znacznym powiekszeniu stanowi tlo eksponowanych towarów lub umieszczany jest w ich poblizu. W zestawie reklamowym, wedlug wzoru, dla towarów tego samego rodzaju, na któ- rych opakowaniach jest umieszczony ten sam slowny znak towarowy, w zaleznosci od ga- tunku towaru jedna z liter slownego znaku towarowego jest znacznie wieksza od pozosta- lych liter a opakowania sa ustawione obok siebie tak, ze powiekszone litery tworza znak taki sam jak na poszczególnych opakowaniach. Na rysunku przedstawiony jest przedmiot wzoru oraz jego odmiany. Fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw reklamowy zlozony z butelek ze znakiem towarowym TAK. In known advertising sets of goods of the same type but different quality, manufactured by a single manufacturer, the manufacturer's trademark is placed on the goods and, in a significantly enlarged form, forms the background of the displayed goods or is placed near them. In the advertising set, according to the design, for goods of the same type whose packaging bears the same word trademark, depending on the type of product, one of the letters of the word trademark is significantly larger than the other letters, and the packages are arranged side by side so that the enlarged letters form the same mark as on the individual packages. The drawing shows the subject of the design and its variants. Fig. 1 shows an advertising set composed of bottles with the TAK trademark.
