Description
Pierwszenstwo: Zgloszenie ogloszono: 01.06.1973 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 15.10.1975 79600 KI. 30a, 4/03 MKP A61b 5/02 CZYTELNIA U'-redu Patentowego Ji\ik\jj fiiBczypwyciiuj Twórcawynalazku: Janusz Andrzejczak Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Slaski Osrodek Techniki Medycznej, Zabrze (Polska) Uklad detektora rozszerzonych lub znieksztalconych zespolów QRS Przedmiotem wynalazku jest uklad elektryczny wykrywajacy rozszerzone lub znieksztalcone zespoly QRS. Znajduje zastosowanie w urzadzeniach analizujacych prace serca np: monitory arytmii itp.Znane dotychczas uklady posiadaly pamiec zawierajaca informaqe o prawidlowej szerokosci zespolu QRS. Informacja wprowadzana byla do pamieci podczas wystepowania prawidlowego rytmu serca.Wynalazek zostanie wyjasniony na przykladzie przedstawionym na rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia schemat blokowy ukladu pomiaru szerokosci zespolów QRS, a fig. 2 przedstawia schemat blokowy ukladu pola powierzchni. Do ukladu ARW 4 podawany jest wzmocniony we wzmacniaczu pasmowym 1 oraz wyprostowany w prostowniku 3 sygnal EKG.2 79 600 PL PLPriority: Application announced: June 1, 1973 Patent description was published: October 15, 1975 79,600 KI. 30a, 4/03 MKP A61b 5/02 READING ROOM U'-redu Patentowego Ji \ ik \ jj fiiBczypwyciiuj Inventor: Janusz Andrzejczak Authorized by a temporary patent: Slaski Osrodek Techniki Medycznej, Zabrze (Poland) Detector system for extended or distorted QRS complexes an electrical system that detects dilated or distorted QRS complexes. It is used in devices that analyze the work of the heart, e.g. arrhythmia monitors, etc. The systems known so far had a memory containing information about the correct width of the QRS complex. The information was entered into memory during normal heart rhythm. The invention will be elucidated with the example of the drawing in which Fig. 1 shows a block diagram of the system for measuring the width of QRS complexes, and Fig. 2 is a block diagram of the surface area layout. The system ensures correct measurement among the disturbances, eliminating the need to adjust the signal amplitude. The essence of the invention consists in the use of an integrating system 6 with adjustable constant integration through the regulation system 7. In the case of QRS complexes with a width greater than that set in the system 7, the voltage at the output of the system 6 will operate comparator 8 and excitation of the spread pulse generator QRS 12. In order to eliminate the P and T wave time measurements, gate 10 is opened by the gate 11 control system only during the voltage rise of the QRS complex, and stimulated from the QRS complex detector 13. Gate 10 it is turned off by the trailing edge of the QRS complex. In order to eliminate measurement errors caused by patient movements, etc., a low-frequency artifact detector 9 has been used to block the system 11 and the gate 10 when artifacts occur. The described system can also be used to measure the surface area of the QRS complex after connecting the rectifier 3 to the input of the integrator. 6 fig. 2 and to measure the surface area QRS T after connecting the rectifier system 3 to the input of the integrator 6 and applying the gate 10 switching off after the T wave has ended. Syngal ECG fed to the comparator 6 has the same amplitude regardless of the electrode lead system used and the polarization of the QRS complex. thanks to the automatic gain control system 4 affecting the amplifier 2. The ARW 4 system is fed with the amplified in the band amplifier 1 and rectified in the rectifier 3 ECG signal 2 79 600 EN EN
