Nastepnie zostaje zwiekszona wartosc natezenia pradu w uzwojeniu 5 do takiej wartosci by wskazania watomierza 8 byly wskazaniami minimalnymi. Powyzsze powoduje skompensowanie strat histerezowych. RieL ^ c '--- ej Lujsotf Creators of the invention: Zbigniew Piotrowski, Stefan Wdowiak Authorized by the provisional patent: Politechnika Lódzka, Lódz (Poland) Method of measuring power losses in electrical sheets resulting from their magnetization The subject of the invention is a method of measuring power losses in electrical sheets The power losses resulting from magnetization of electrical sheets are composed of hysteresis and eddy current losses. The knowledge of the share of individual types of losses in the total power losses affects the directions of technology development of these sheets and the way of using them in new constructions. The well-known method of measuring losses consisting in determining their value based on changes in the SEM shape factor is a method approximate, for example, because The hysteresis losses depend on the shape of the electromotive force wave, while the eddy current losses depend on the square of the waveform factor. The necessity to adopt the coefficients and simplifications leads to an imprecise determination of the actual shares of individual losses. The same disadvantage is characterized by another known method consisting in assuming the proportionality of the hysteresis losses from the frequency and the eddy current losses from the square of the frequency. The object of the invention is to develop a method to reduce these inconveniences. The technical task for achieving this objective has been solved according to the invention by two identical cores, made of the tested grade of sheet metal, on which two magnetizing and magnetizing windings are wound, are subjected to magnetization by a magnetic field, the intensity of which changes sinusoidally with a specific frequency, and then the losses are measured with known devices. Then the same cores are magnetized a magnetic field that changes also sinusoidally, but with a frequency of at least ten times higher than the frequency of changes in the magnetizing field, and the losses are re-measured. The measured losses during magnetization are only eddy current losses, while the total losses are measured during the magnetization of the core, the difference is therefore the hysteresis losses. The method according to the invention will be explained in more detail using an example of implementation, with reference to the drawing, which shows the scheme of the system for the implementation of the method. A magnetizing winding 3 and a measuring winding 4 were wound on two identically wound cores 1 and 2, made of the tested type of sheets. In addition, a magnet winding 5 was wound on the cores 1 and 2, while on the core 1 it was wound in the winding direction of the winding 4, and on the core 2 in the opposite direction. An electromagnetic ammeter 6 is connected in the winding circuit 5, and an electromagnetic ammeter 7 and a wattmeter 8 in the winding circuit 3, the ends of the winding 4 are connected to a magnetoelectric voltmeter 9 with a rectifier and to a wattmeter 8. The measurement is carried out as follows. After applying a voltage to the coil 3, its value is adjusted so that the indications of the meter 7, indicating the value of the current, and the meter 9, indicating the value of the voltage induced in the winding 4, were equal to the assumed values of the field intensity and induction. For this state of magnetization, the losses measured with a wattmeter 8 are the total losses. Then the value of the current intensity in the winding 5 is increased to such a value that the indications of the wattmeter 8 are the minimum indications. The above causes compensation of hysteresis losses. Losses measured with a wattmeter 8 are only eddy current losses. The difference between total losses and eddy current losses is the hysteresis loss. PL PL
