Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik dwukomorowy. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe uksztaltowanie, zdobnictwo, kolorystyka oraz material z którego wykonany jest pojemnik. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zlaczonym rysunku na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym, zas fig. 2 inna odmiane pojemnika w widoku czolowym. Pojemnik wykonany jest z laminatu poliestrowo-szklanego w odcieniach koloru szarego. Pojemnik w postaci prostopadlosciennej bryly z przykrywa w czesci górnej, znamienny tym, ze w widoku czolowym ma zarys zblizony do odwróconego trapezu, zas w czesci górnej pojemnika usytuowana jest przykrywa, wystajaca poza zarys pojemnika wykonana dwustopniowo - na prostokatnej podstawie usytuowana jest bryla równiez o prostokatnej lecz pomniejszonej podstawie i stozkowych pochylonych scianach, przy czym sciany czolowa i tylna maja zarys trapezu, zas sciany boczne maja zarys trójkatny. W przedniej czesci pokrywy, symetrycznie posrodku, usytuowana jest raczka do podnoszenia, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, figi. W innej odmianie pojemnik w postaci prostopadlosciennej bryly z przykrywa w czesci górnej, znamienny tym, ze przykrywa, wystajaca poza zarys pojemnika wykonana jest dwustopniowo - na prostokatnej podstawie usytuowana jest bryla równiez o prostokatnej lecz pomniejszonej podstawie i stozkowych pochylonych scianach, przy czym sciany czolowa i tylna maja zarys trapezu, zas sciany boczne maja zarys trójkatny. W przedniej czesci pokrywy, symetrycznie posrodku, usytuowana jest raczka do podnoszenia, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig.2.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe industrial design is a two-chamber container. The essence of the industrial design is the new shape, ornamentation, color scheme, and material from which the container is made. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows another version of the container in a frontal view. The container is made of a polyester-glass laminate in shades of gray. A container in the form of a rectangular solid with a lid in its upper portion, characterized in that in a frontal view, its outline resembles an inverted trapezoid, while the upper portion of the container includes a lid protruding beyond the container's outline, constructed in two stages: on a rectangular base is located a solid also with a rectangular but reduced base and conical, inclined walls, wherein the front and rear walls have a trapezoidal outline, and the side walls have a triangular outline. A lifting handle is located in the front portion of the lid, symmetrically in the center, as shown in the attached illustrative material, Fig. In another variation, a container in the form of a rectangular solid with a lid in the upper part, characterized in that the lid, protruding beyond the container's outline, is made in two stages - on a rectangular base is placed a solid also with a rectangular but reduced base and conical, inclined walls, wherein the front and rear walls have a trapezoidal outline, while the side walls have a triangular outline.
