Description

1 przedstawia zamek blyskawiczny w stanie zlacz- nym w widoku z góry, fig. 2 — ciag zlacznych ogniw zamka po usunieciu tasmy nosnej i nici laczacej, fig. 3 — ogniwa z fig. 2 w widoku w kie¬ runku strzalki A, fig. 4 — ciag ogniw zlacznych zamka w innej formie wykonania, fig. 5 — ogni¬ wa z fig. 4 w widoku z kierunku strzalki B z fig. 4 i fig. 6 — zamek wg fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 4). PL PLZipper The subject of the invention is a lightning fastener with continuous and flexible links made of plastic in the form of coil springs fastened to the carrying straps by means of threads, the loops of which enclose the arms of the connecting links. dying. In some known locks, recesses are provided in the arms of the connecting links for the loops of the thread. It is not possible to make the zippers from thin plastic pieces which have a permanently attached loop of the connecting thread. In other known solutions, the arms of the connecting links have notches of equal depth which are made with the aid of specially adapted breakout tools. Here, too, it is difficult to make high-precision zippers. There is still a risk of deformation of the connecting links, which must be arranged perpendicular to the surface of the lock. The aim of the invention is to develop such a design of the connecting links of the lock, which will make it possible to securely and permanently arrange the loops of the stitching thread. 25 This objective has been achieved by zipper designs with continuous connecting links made of plastic in the form of coil springs attached to the carrying straps by threads, the loops of which enclose the arms of the connecting links, and there are protrusions on the arms of the connecting links. The subject of the invention is illustrated in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the zipper in the assembled state in top view, fig. 2 - a series of connecting links of the zipper after removing the tape 3 shows the links in Fig. 2 in the direction of arrow A, Fig. 4 shows a series of connecting links in a different embodiment, Fig. 5 shows the links in Fig. 4 in a view from in the direction of the arrow B from fig. 4 and fig. 6 - zipper according to fig. 1 in section C-C. 2 connecting threads . The loops 3 of the threads surround the arms of 4 connecting links 1. The loops 3 are positioned by the protrusions of 5 links 1. The protrusions 5 have a conical shape and are made of plastic from which the links are made by bending them away from the connecting links 1. Function step 5 is not limited solely to locating the loops 3, because the projections 5 simultaneously serve as stops to limit the depth of the interlocking of links 6 and to determine the lock pitch 7. They are provided with the arms 6 78 30078 300 which cover essentially mutually overlapping the plane of the lock (cf. Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 4). In this case, the steps 5 are located in the lateral portions of the upper arms 4 spaced from the sling 2 and bent parallel to the longitudinal axis 8 of the buckle. In this case, the projections 5 can be provided only on one side of the arm 4 (Figs. 1 to 3) or also on both sides (Figs. 4, 5) of the arm. Fig. 5 shows an arrangement in which the lower arms 4 are provided with protrusions 5, bent so that they always engage the carrier tape 2.
