Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa, przejawiajaca sie w indywidualnym ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów postac zespolu tylnych swiatel samochodu, zawierajacego oprawe i oslone ochronna. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony (w polozeniu ekspozycyjnym widocznym w stanie uzytkowania) na rysunku, na którym kolejne figury przedstawiaja: fig. 1 - zespól tylnych swiatel samochodu w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - zespól swiatel z fig. I w widoku z dolu, fig. 5 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z prawej strony, fig. 6 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z lewej strony, fig. 7 - zespól tylnych swiatel samochodu z fig. 1 w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, fig. 8 - zespól tylnych swiatel samochodu z fig. 1 w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - Oslona ochronna zespolu swiatel tylnych samochodu ma ksztalt przypominajacy - w widoku z przodu - pieciobok, którego podstawa jest pozioma, górny bok jest prawie równolegly do podstawy, lewy bok, laczacy podstawe z górnym bokiem jest nachylony do podstawy pod katem ostrym, czwarty bok przylega do górnego i jest do niego prawie prostopadly, a piaty laczy czwarty bok z podstawa i jest do niej nachylony pod katem rozwartym, przy czym lewy górny wierzcholek piecioboku jest zaokraglony;jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1 i fig. 2; - Na powierzchni czolowej zespolu swiatel tylnych znajduja sie - w widoku z przodu - wyraznie wyodrebnione dwa pola ornamentowe: górne jasniejsze w ksztalcie poziomego pasa z wzorem kratownicy, a dolne, ciemniejsze i szersze od górnego, zlozone z trzech poziomych pól, z których kazde zawiera szereg, umieszczonych poziomo obok siebie elementów w ksztalcie przypominajacym sciete plasko ostroslupy 0 czworokatnych podstawach, osadzone podstawami na powierzchniach czolowych poziomych pól; jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1 i fig. 7; - W widoku z przodu pola ornamentowe: górne i dolne sa z prawej strony ograniczone bokami: czwartym i piatym piecioboku, z dolu - podstawa piecioboku, z góry - górnym bokiem piecioboku, a z lewej strony sa ograniczone linia w przyblizeniu równolegla do lewego boku piecioboku i wyznaczajaca waskie pole ornamentowe pomiedzy nia i tym bokiem; w polu tym ornament zawiera szereg prawie równoleglych poziomych linii; jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1 i fig. 7; - Zespól swiatel tylnych samochodu jest - w widoku z góry, z dolu oraz z lewej 1 z prawej strony - mocno splaszczony; jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 3 do fig. 6; - Z tylu oslony jest umieszczona ksztaltowa oprawa, jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1 do fig. 8.Fig. 3 Fig. 7Fig. 2Fig. 4Fig.6Fig.8 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new form of a car rear light assembly, comprising a frame and a protective cover, manifesting itself in an individual shape, arrangement of lines and contours. The subject of the industrial design is shown (in a display position visible in the state of use) in a drawing, in which the subsequent figures show: fig. 1 - a set of rear lights of a car in a front view, fig. 2 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a rear view, fig. 3 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a top view, fig. 4 - a set of lights from fig. I in a bottom view, fig. 5 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a right-side view, fig. 6 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a left-side view, fig. 7 - a set of rear lights of a car from fig. 1 in a front perspective view, fig. 8 - a set of rear lights of a car from fig. 1 in a rear perspective view. Essential features of the industrial design: - The protective cover of the rear light assembly of a car has a shape resembling - in a front view - a pentagon, the base of which is horizontal, the upper side is almost parallel to the base, the left side, connecting the base with the upper side, is inclined to the base at an acute angle, the fourth side is adjacent to the upper side and is almost perpendicular to it, and the fifth side connects the fourth side with the base and is inclined to it at an obtuse angle, the upper left vertex of the pentagon being rounded; as shown in the drawing - fig. 1 and fig. 2; - On the front surface of the rear light assembly there are - in front view - two clearly distinguished ornamental fields: the upper one, lighter in the shape of a horizontal strip with a lattice pattern, and the lower one, darker and wider than the upper one, composed of three horizontal fields, each of which contains a row of elements placed horizontally next to each other in a shape resembling flat-truncated pyramids with quadrangular bases, set with their bases on the front surfaces of the horizontal fields; as shown in the drawings - fig. 1 and fig. 7; - In front view, the ornamental fields: the upper and lower are bounded on the right side by the fourth and fifth sides of the pentagon, on the bottom by the base of the pentagon, on the top by the upper side of the pentagon, and on the left side they are bounded by a line approximately parallel to the left side of the pentagon and defining a narrow ornamental field between it and that side; in this field the ornament contains a series of almost parallel horizontal lines; as shown in the drawing - Fig. 1 and Fig. 7; - The rear light assembly of the car is - in the view from above, below and from the left and right side - strongly flattened; as shown in the drawing - Fig. 3 to Fig. 6; - At the back of the cover there is a shaped frame, as shown in the drawing - Fig. 1 to Fig. 8.
