Obcas Przedmiotem zglaszanego do ochrony wzoru przemyslowego - jest obcas buta damskiego. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac obcasa, przejawiajaca sie w jego oryginalnym ksztalcie, który rózni sie od dotychczas znanych wzorów obcasów: - wysokoscia i wydluzonym ksztaltem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany zostal na rysunkach, na których fig.l - obcas w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawia obcas w widoku od spodu z flekiem, fig. 3 - pokazuje obcas w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - pokazuje obcas z flekiem w widoku skosnie od tylu, fig. 5 - pokazuje obcas w widoku skosnie z przodu. W celu lepszego zobrazowania zglaszanego do ochrony wzoru przemyslowego dodatkowo zalaczone zostaly fotografie wzoru, przedstawiajace odpowiednio: fig.6 - obcas z flekiem w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig.7 - obcas w widoku od spodu. Jak pokazano na rysunkach fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 i fig.5 oraz na fotografiach fig.6 i fig.7 - obcas charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada znacznie wydluzony ksztalt. Bryla obcasa posiada - w widoku z boku - ksztalt przypominajacy znacznie wydluzony trójkat. Przy czym bok tego trójkata, który jest równolegly do podloza - jest nieznacznie wygiety w góre. Natomiast krótki, przylegajacy do niego kolejny bok trójkata odpowiadajacy tylnej sciance bryly obcasa - jest nieznacznie wygiety na zewnatrz.Bryla obcasa posiada na swej górnej powierzchni miseczkowate, wglebienie, nachylone ukosnie w kierunku przedniej czesci obcasa oraz zakonczone nieznacznie ugieta krawedzia. Tak opisany obcas jest dodatkowo wyposazony w flek, osadzany w tylnej czesci obcasa, zblizony ksztaltem do malego krazka, który z jednej strony, tj. od strony przedniej czesci obcasa jest nieco splaszczony. Cech a istotna wzoru przedstawionego na rysunkach fig. 1 , fig.2, fig.3, fig.4 i fig.5 oraz na fotografiach fig.6 i fig.7 jes t to, ze: - obcas charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada znacznie wydluzony ksztalt, - bryla obcasa posiada - w widoku z boku - ksztalt przypominajacy znacznie wydluzony trójkat, przy czym - bok tego trójkata, który jest równolegly do podloza - jest nieznacznie wygiety w góre, natomiast - krótki, przylegajacy do niego kolejny bok trójkata odpowiadajacy tylnej sciance bryly obcasa - jest nieznacznie wygiety na zewnatrz, - bryla obcasa posiada na swej górnej powierzchni miseczkowate, wglebienie, nachylone ukosnie w kierunku przedniej czesci obcasa oraz zakonczone nieznacznie ugieta krawedzia, - tak opisany obcas jest dodatkowo wyposazony w flek, osadzany w tylnej czesci obcasa, zblizony ksztaltem do malego krazka, który z jednej strony, tj. od strony przedniej czesci obcasa jest nieco splaszczony.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 Fig.4 Fig.5Fig.6 Fig.7 PL PL PLThe industrial design being applied for is a women's shoe heel. The essence of the design is a new form of the heel, manifested in its original shape, which differs from previously known heel designs in its height and elongated shape. The industrial design is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 - a side view of the heel; Fig. 2 - an underside view of the heel with the heel tip; Fig. 3 - a front view of the heel; Fig. 4 - an oblique view of the heel with the heel tip from the back; Fig. 5 - an oblique view of the heel from the front. To better illustrate the industrial design being applied for, additional photographs of the design are attached, showing, respectively: Fig. 6 - a perspective side view of the heel with the heel tip; Fig. 7 - an underside view of the heel. As shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, and in photographs 6 and 7, the heel is characterized by a significantly elongated shape. The heel's shape, viewed from the side, resembles a significantly elongated triangle. The side of this triangle, parallel to the ground, is slightly curved upward. The short, adjacent side of the triangle, corresponding to the back of the heel, is slightly curved outward. The heel's upper surface has a cup-shaped recess, inclined diagonally toward the front of the heel and terminating in a slightly curved edge. This heel is additionally equipped with a heel tip, mounted in the back of the heel, resembling a small disc, which is slightly flattened on one side, i.e., the front of the heel. An important feature of the design presented in drawings fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5 and in photographs fig. 6 and fig. 7 is that: - the heel is characterized by a significantly elongated shape, - the heel shape has - in a side view - a shape resembling a significantly elongated triangle, whereby - the side of this triangle, which is parallel to the ground - is slightly bent upwards, while - the short, adjacent side of the triangle, corresponding to the back wall of the heel shape - is slightly bent outwards, - the heel shape has on its upper surface a cup-shaped recess, inclined diagonally towards the front part of the heel and ending with a slightly bent edge, - the heel described in this way is additionally equipped with a heel tip, mounted in the back part of the heel, similar in shape to a small disc, which on one hand side, i.e. from the front side of the heel it is slightly flattened.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 Fig.4 Fig.5Fig.6 Fig.7 PL PL PL
