Paleczka elastyczna Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 14 stycznia 2004. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest paleczka elastyczna napelniana powietrzem i stosowana do zabawy. Cecha charakterystyczna paleczek elastycznych napelnionych powietrzem jest to, ze przy uderzaniu o siebie wydaja charakterystyczny dzwiek w zwiazku z czym moga byc stosowane do kibicowania, wyrazania emocji zwlaszcza w wiekszej grupie osób, gdyz przy wymachiwaniu i uderzaniu o siebie nie moga spowodowac zadnego uszkodzenia. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac paleczki elastycznej przejawiajaca sie oryginalnym ksztaltem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok z przodu paleczki elastycznej w postaci worka nie napelnionego powietrzem, a fig. 2 - widok z boku paleczki elastycznej napelnionej powietrzem. Paleczka elastyczna nie napelniona powietrzem ma postac wydluzonego prostokatnego worka plaskiego o takiej samej szerokosci na calej dlugosci. Proporcje szerokosci paleczki do dlugosci wynosza okolo 1:6. Obydwa krótsze boki poziome sa zamkniete przez zgrzanie wzdluz linii poziomej. W jednym krótszym boku jest przerwa na otwór, w którym jest usytuowany dodatkowy woreczek waski otwarty z obu boków krótszych stanowiacy wentyl samozamykajacy sie przez zacisniecie pod cisnieniem po napelnieniu gopowietrzem. Wentyl samozamykajacy w postaci waskiego woreczka wystaje poza pozioma krawedz jednego boku krótszego przez co jest wygodny w napelnianiu. Po napelnieniu prostokatnego worka powietrzem uzyskuje sie lekka, sztywna paleczke elastyczna w formie walka lekko splaszczonego. Worek stanowiacy po nadmuchaniu powietrzem sztywna paleczke elastyczna jest wykonany z folii polietylenowej LDPE. Na powierzchni paleczki sa umieszczane rysunki i napisy z nazwa klubu sportowego lub innego stowarzyszenia, a takze hasla dopingujace badz reklamowe. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Paleczka elastyczna wykonana z folii polietylenowej, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przed napelnieniem powietrzem ma postac wydluzonego prostokatnego worka plaskiego o jednakowej szerokosci na calej dlugosci o stosunku szerokosci do dlugosci wynoszacym okolo 1:6, przy czym po napelnieniu powietrzem stanowi forme przestrzenna o ksztalcie walka lekko splaszczonego, którego obydwa krótsze boki sa zamkniete przez zgrzanie, przy czym jeden krótszy bok ma przerwe na otwór, w którym jest usytuowany dodatkowy woreczek waski otwarty z obu boków krótszych, wystajacy z jednej strony na zewnatrz poza krawedz i stanowiacy wentyl samozamykajacy.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PL PL PLThe industrial design registration right is valid from January 14, 2004. The subject of the industrial design is a flexible bat filled with air and used for play. A characteristic feature of flexible bats filled with air is that they produce a distinctive sound when struck together, making them suitable for cheering and expressing emotions, especially in larger groups, as they cannot cause any damage when swung or struck together. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of flexible bat manifested by its original shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the flexible bat in the form of a bag not filled with air, and Fig. 2 shows a side view of the flexible bat filled with air. The uninflated flexible stick takes the form of an elongated rectangular flat bag with the same width along its entire length. The width-to-length ratio is approximately 1:6. Both shorter horizontal sides are sealed by welding along a horizontal line. One shorter side is slit for an opening, which houses an additional narrow bag, open on both shorter sides. This bag acts as a self-closing valve that closes under pressure when filled with air. The self-closing valve, in the form of a narrow bag, protrudes beyond the horizontal edge of one shorter side, making it convenient for filling. After filling the rectangular bag with air, a light, stiff flexible stick is obtained in the form of a slightly flattened cylinder. The bag, which forms the stiff flexible stick after being inflated with air, is made of LDPE polyethylene film. The surface of the bat is decorated with drawings and inscriptions with the name of the sports club or other association, as well as encouraging or advertising slogans. The essential features of the industrial design: The flexible bat is made of polyethylene foil. Before being filled with air, it takes the form of an elongated rectangular flat bag with the same width along its entire length, with a width-to-length ratio of approximately 1:6. After being filled with air, it forms a three-dimensional form in the shape of a slightly flattened cylinder, the two shorter sides of which are sealed, with one shorter side having a gap for an opening in which an additional narrow bag is located, open on both shorter sides, protruding outwards on one side beyond the edge and constituting a self-closing valve.
