Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swieca ozdobna, przezna- czona do dekoracyjnego uzytku powszechnego. Zglaszajacemu nie jest znana tego ksztaltu swieca ozdobna. Swiece ozdobna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi ksztaltka prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokatnej, zas jej pionowe wezsze pobocznice uksztaltowane sa faliscie. Górna podstawa swiecy ozdobnej ma knot. Podstawa dolna ksztaltka osadzona jest rozlacznie pionowo w podstawce pomiedzy dwoma równolegle do siebie usytuowanymi wyste- pami. Swieca ozdobna ma rózne kolory. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia swiece ozdobna w perspektywie, a fig. 2 przedstawia swiece ozdobne o róznej kolorystyce. 1.Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztaltka prostopadloscianu (11 o podstawie prostokatnej, zas jego pionowe wezsze pobocznice (2) uksztaltowane sa faliscie, a górna podstawa (3) swiecy ozdobnej ma knot (4) przy czym podstawa dolna (5) ksztaltka i osadzona jest roz- lacznie pionowo w podstawce (6) pomiedzy dwoma równolegle do siebie usytuowanymi wystepami 7. natomiast kolorystyka zdobienia uwidocz- niona na fig. 2 to swiece (7) w kolorze niebieskim, swiece (8) w kolorze zóltym, swieca (9) w kolorze bialo zóltym, swiece (10) w kolorze zólto,bialo, czerwonym, swieca (11) w kolorze czerwonym, i swieca (12} w ko- lorze rózowym.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a decorative candle intended for general decorative use. The applicant is not familiar with this shape of decorative candle. The decorative candle, according to the industrial design, is a cuboid with a rectangular base, and its vertical, narrower sides are wavy. The upper base of the decorative candle has a wick. The lower base of the shape is detachably mounted vertically in a base between two parallel projections. The decorative candle comes in various colors. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the decorative candle in perspective, and Fig. 2 shows decorative candles in various colors. 1. The essential feature of the industrial design is a cuboid shape (11) with a rectangular base, and its vertical, narrower sides (2) are wavy-shaped, and the upper base (3) of the decorative candle has a wick (4), while the lower base (5) is a shape and is mounted detachably vertically in the base (6) between two parallel projections 7. The colors of the decoration shown in Fig. 2 are candles (7) in blue, candles (8) in yellow, candle (9) in white and yellow, candles (10) in yellow, white, red, candle (11) in red, and candle (12) in pink.
