Natomiast powierzchnie zakladek Za, Zb i Ze w odmianach wzoru sa wyznaczone limami bigowania a, b, e biegnacymi od wierzcholka tego trójkata do obwodu kola K.Fig. 1Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 8 Fig. 9 Fig. 10 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is an advertising and hygiene overlay for packaging, particularly ice cream cones. Conical ice cream packaging is known, the surfaces of which cannot be used for advertising inscriptions because they are made of edible wafers. For the same reason, they cannot function as hygiene overlays. According to the industrial design, the advertising and hygiene overlay is in the form of a cone S with folds Za, Zb, and Ze for gluing, wherein the surfaces of the cone cutouts S shown in auxiliary Fig. 1 constitute those parts of the surface of circle K that are defined by the sides of an equilateral triangle inscribed in circle K, with its vertex lying on one of the axis of circle K and within it. The surfaces of the pleats in the pattern variations are marked by scoring lines a, b, c running from the vertex of this triangle to the circumference of circle K, where scoring lines a coincide with the sides of an equilateral triangle with its vertex lying on the circumference of circle K. Pattern variations are therefore created depending on the position of the vertex of the equilateral triangle on the axis of circle K, the inclination of its sides, the way of gluing the pleats Za, Zb and Ze, and other decorative elements presented below. The first type of overlay shown in Fig. 2 is made from the full surface of a circle K, on which the sides of an equilateral triangle are marked with a vertex lying on the circumference of the circle K. The pleats Za are marked by the sides of this triangle, which constitute the scoring lines a. This overlay is characterized in that its cone S has uneven edges that form a completely oval handle edge resulting from gluing the pleats Za folded outwards. The second type of overlay shown in Fig. 3 is made from that part of the surface of a circle K which is marked by the sides of an equilateral triangle with a vertex lying between the center of the circle K and its circumference. The Ze tabs are defined by the scoring lines e connecting the vertex of this triangle with the circumference of the circle K. This tab is characterized by the fact that its cone S has uneven creases and a partially rounded edge of the handle resulting from gluing the Ze tabs turned outwards. The third variant of the overlay shown in Fig. 4 is made from that part of the surface of circle K which is defined by the sides of an equilateral triangle with its vertex lying in the center of circle K. The tabs Zb are defined by the creasing lines b connecting the vertex of this triangle with the circumference of circle K. This overlay is characterized in that its cone S has equal generating lines and a partially rounded edge of the handle resulting from gluing the tabs Zb turned outwards. The fourth variant of the overlay shown in Fig. 5 differs from the overlay in Fig. 2 in that one of the tabs Za is cut off and the other is glued to the outer surface of cone S and in that the upper edge of cone S has decorative, small oval cutouts. The fifth variant of the overlay shown in Fig. 6 differs from the overlay of Fig. 2 in that one of the folds Za is cut off and the other is glued to the inner surface of the cone. The sixth variant of the overlay shown in Fig. 7 differs from the overlay of Fig. 4 in that one of the folds Zb is cut off and the other is glued to the inner surface of the cone S. The seventh variant of the overlay shown in Fig. 8 differs from the overlay of Fig. 3 in that the lower part of the cone S and the folds Zc are ovally cut off. The eighth variant of the overlay shown in Fig. 9 differs from the overlay of Fig. 4 in that one of the folds Zb is cut off and the other is glued to the inner surface of the cone S. Furthermore, the lower part of the cone S is horizontally cut off. The ninth variant of the overlay shown in Fig. 10 differs from the overlay in Fig. 3 in that one of the tabs Ze is cut off and the other is glued to the outer surface of cone S. Furthermore, the lower part of cone S is cut off obliquely. The essence of the industrial design is an advertising and hygiene overlay in the form of cone S with tabs Za, Zb and Ze for gluing, wherein - laid out on a plane - the surface of cone S is that part of the surface of circle K which is determined by the sides of an equilateral triangle inscribed in circle K with a vertex lying on one of the axis of circle K and within it. Meanwhile, the surfaces of tabs Za, Zb and Ze in the variants of the design are determined by creasing lines a, b, e running from the vertex of this triangle to the circumference of circle K.
