Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z dozownikiem aerazokv^m do kosmetyku przeznaczona dla dzieci. Dotychczas znana jest z opisu wzoru przemyslowego RP nr 4648 butelka z dozownikiem aerozolowym do kosmetyku, skladajaca sie ze zbiornika z dozowni- kiem, nalozonej na zbiornik nasadki posredniczacej oraz nakrywki. Zbiornik z dozo- wnikiem ma dwie wypukle scianki, które polaczone sa ze soba brzegami, tworzac w przekroju lódkowaty ksztalt. Zbiornik ma w dole wklesle denko, natomiast u góry zamkniety jest kopulka, która na swym obrzezu ma, zwezone w stosunku do dolnej czesci zbiornika, wglebienie kolnierzowe do osadzenia nasadki posredniczacej, ponadto posrodku kopulki zbiornik ma okragla szyjke z nasac^zonym na niej dozo- wnikiem aerozolowym. Na wglebienie kolnierzowe zbiornika zn$n$j butelki nalozpnajest nasadka posredniczaca w ksztalcie lódkowym, która w dolnej czesci ma kolnierz, obejmujacy wglebienie kolnierzowe zbiornika, a w górnej czesci ma na obrzezu wglebienie kolnierzowe na nakrywke, przy czym nasadka posredniczaca posiada u góry lukowate sklepienie, posrodku którego jest okragly otwór z pionowym kolnie- rzem na dozownik. W znanej butelce na nasadke posredniczaca nakladana jest nakrywka, majaca dwie wypukle scianki boczne, tworzace walec o podstawie w ksztalcie lódki, która od wewnatrz dopasowana jest ksztaltem do wglebienia kolnie- rzowego nasadki posredniczacej, natomiast u góry zamknieta jest lukowatym sklepie- niem, stanowiacym czesc powierzchni bocznej walca o podstawie eliptycznej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w naniesionych na zbiornik oraz nakrywke butelki elementach graficznych, elemen- tach zaczepowych nakrywki i zbiornika, a ponadto w fluorescencyjnych wlasciwo- sciach nakrywki. Butelka z dozownikiem aerozolowym do kosmetyku wedlug wzoru jest pokazana na ilustracji, na której fig. 1 do fig. 10 stanowia fotografie w ujeciu z przodu butelki w jej dziesieciu odmianach, fig. 11 stanowi fotografia butelki w ujeciu aksonometrycz- nym, fig. 12 jest fotografia butelki w warunkach slabego oswietlenia zewnetrznego, natomiast fig. 13 przedstawia fotografie ustawionych obok siebie zbiornika z dozo- wnikiem aerozolowym i nakrywki. Jak pokazano na ilustracji, zbiornik butelki wykonany jest z przezroczystego szkla i ma postac walca o zblizonej do elipsy, lódkowatej podstawie, przy czym zamkniety jest on u góry kopulka, która ma na swym obrzezu, zwezone w stosunku do dolnej czesci zbiornika, wglebienie kolnierzowe. Posrodku kopulki zbiornik ma okragla szyjke z nasadzonym ha niej dozownikiem aerozolowym. Na wglebienie kolnierzowe zbiornika butelki nalozona jest nakrywka, która w dolnej czesci ma postac walca o podstawie w ksztalcie lódkowym, tak jak zbiornik, przy czym nakry- wka od wewnatrz dopasowana jest do wglebienia kolnierzowego zbiornika butelki, natomiast u góry zamknieta jest lukowatym sklepieniem, stanowiacym czesc powie- rzchni bocznej walca o podstawie eliptycznej.Nakrywka ma cztery symetrycznie usytuowane poprzeczne wglebienia rowkowe, które po nalozeniu jej na zbiornik nachodza na cztery umiejscowione na jego wgle- bieniu kolnierzowym garbki zaczepowe. Nakrywka wykonana jest z pólprzezroczy- stego tworzywa sztucznego o wlasciwosciach fluorescencyjnych w kolorze zielonka- wym. Na sciankach zbiorników umieszczone sa stylizowane, kolorowe wizerunki bajko- wych postaci zwierzat umieszczone w nieregularnej ramce, po jednym wizerunku dla kazdej odmiany wzoru. Na nakrywce butelki naniesiony jest rysunek kazdej postaci wraz z ramka, odpowiedniej dla postaci pokazanej na sciance butelki kazdej odmia- ny wzoru. Rysunek stanowi obrys postaci z wypelnieniem niektórych jej elementów, i jest wykonany metaliczna kreska w kolorze zielonkawym, ciemniejszym od tla. Butelka wedlug wzoru wykonana jest w dziesieciu odmianach wzoru, rózniacych sie od siebie wizerunkami postaci na sciankach zbiorników oraz odpowiadajacymi im rysunkami na nakrywkach wedlug nastepujacego wykazu odmian: 1. w odmianie pierwszej na butelce zobrazowana jest stylizowana postac nosorozca, jak pokazano na fig.1; 2. w odmianie drugiej na butelce zobrazowana jest stylizowana postac Iwa, jak pokazano na fig.2; 3. w odmianie trzeciej na butelce zobrazowana jest stylizowana postac owcy, jak pokazano na fig.3; 4. w odmianie czwartej na butelce zobrazowana jest stylizowana postac nosorozca, jak pokazano na fig.4; 5. w odmianie piatej na butelce zobrazowana jest stylizowana postac ryby, jak pokazano na fig.5; 6. w odmianie szóstej na butelce zobrazowana jest stylizowana postac biedronki, jak pokazano na fig.6; 7. w odmianie siódmej na butelce zobrazowana jest stylizowana postac kota, jak pokazano na fig.7; 8. w odmianie ósmej na butelce zobrazowana jest stylizowana postac koguta, jak pokazano na fig.8; 9. w odmianie dziewiatej na butelce zobrazowana jest stylizowana postac psa, jak pokazano na fig.9;10. w odmianie dziesiatej na butelce zobrazowana jest stylizowana postac zyrafy, jak pokazano na fig. 10. Na nakrywce butelki naniesiony jest rysunek kazdej postaci wraz z ramka, odpowiedniej dla postaci pokazanej na scian- ce butelki kazdej odmiany wzoru. Rysunek stanowi obrys postaci z wypelnieniem niektórych jej elementów, i jest wykonany metaliczna kreska w kolorze zielonkawym, ciemniejszym od tla. The industrial design registration right is valid from June 23, 2004. The subject of the industrial design is a cosmetic bottle with an aerosol dispenser intended for children. Previously, the description of industrial design No. 4648, known as an aerosol dispenser bottle for cosmetics, consists of a container with a dispenser, an adapter placed over the container, and a cap. The container with a dispenser has two convex walls connected at the edges, creating a boat-shaped cross-section. The tank has a concave bottom at the bottom, while the top is closed with a dome, which has a flanged recess on its rim, narrower than the bottom of the tank, for mounting an adapter cap. Furthermore, in the center of the dome, the tank has a round neck with an aerosol dispenser mounted on it. A boat-shaped adapter cap is placed over the flanged recess of the tank from the known bottle. The lower part of the adapter has a flange that encloses the flanged recess of the tank, and the upper part has a flanged recess on its rim for a cap. The adapter cap has an arched top, in the center of which is a round opening with a vertical flange for the dispenser. In the known bottle, a cap is placed over the intermediate cap, having two convex side walls, forming a cylinder with a boat-shaped base. The internal shape of the cap is matched to the flanged recess of the intermediate cap, while the top is closed by an arched dome, which forms part of the lateral surface of the cylinder with an elliptical base. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in the graphic elements applied to the container and the bottle cap, the latching elements of the cap and container, and the fluorescent properties of the cap. A cosmetic aerosol dispenser bottle, as per the model, is shown in the illustration, in which Fig. 1 to Fig. 10 are photographs from the front of the bottle in its ten variations, Fig. 11 is an axonometric photograph of the bottle, Fig. 12 is a photograph of the bottle in low ambient light, and Fig. 13 shows photographs of the aerosol dispenser container and cap placed side by side. As shown in the illustration, the bottle container is made of transparent glass and has the shape of a cylinder with a nearly ellipse-shaped, boat-shaped base, closed at the top by a dome, which has a flanged recess on its rim, narrower than the bottom of the container. In the center of the dome, the container has a round neck with the aerosol dispenser attached to it. A cap is placed over the bottle's container's flange recess. Its lower part is a cylinder with a boat-shaped base, just like the container itself. The cap fits snugly inside the bottle's flange recess, while its upper part is closed by an arched vault, which forms part of the lateral surface of the cylinder with an elliptical base. The cap has four symmetrically arranged transverse grooves, which, when placed on the container, overlap four retaining ridges located on its flange recess. The cap is made of a translucent, fluorescent green plastic. Stylized, colorful images of cartoon animals are placed on the container walls, arranged in an irregular frame, one image for each design variation. The bottle cap features a drawing of each figure, along with a frame, corresponding to the figure shown on the bottle wall of each design variant. The drawing is an outline of the figure with some of its elements filled in, and is made with a metallic line in a greenish color, darker than the background. The bottle, according to the design, is made in ten design variants, differing in the images of the figures on the walls of the containers and the corresponding drawings on the caps, according to the following list of variants: 1. in the first variant, the bottle features a stylized figure of a rhinoceros, as shown in Fig. 1; 2. in the second variant, the bottle features a stylized figure of a lion, as shown in Fig. 2; 3. in the third variant, the bottle features a stylized figure of a sheep, as shown in Fig. 3; 4. in the fourth variation, a stylized figure of a rhinoceros is depicted on the bottle, as shown in fig. 4; 5. in the fifth variation, a stylized figure of a fish is depicted on the bottle, as shown in fig. 5; 6. in the sixth variation, a stylized figure of a ladybug is depicted on the bottle, as shown in fig. 6; 7. in the seventh variation, a stylized figure of a cat is depicted on the bottle, as shown in fig. 7; 8. in the eighth variation, a stylized figure of a rooster is depicted on the bottle, as shown in fig. 8; 9. in the ninth variation, a stylized figure of a dog is depicted on the bottle, as shown in fig. 9; 10. In the tenth variant, the bottle features a stylized giraffe, as shown in Fig. 10. The essential features of the industrial design include a new cap made of a translucent, greenish fluorescent plastic material, with four symmetrically arranged transverse grooves on the inside. When the cap is placed on the container, these grooves overlap four retaining ridges located on the container's collar. Furthermore, the container walls feature stylized, colorful images of fairy-tale animals, set in an irregular frame, one image for each design variant. The bottle cap features a drawing of each figure with a frame, corresponding to the figure shown on the bottle wall in each design variant.
