Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stolik bezoskrzyniowy oraz jego odmiany funkcjonalne ze wspólnym motywem wzorniczym - odchylanymi na zewnatrz nogami o przekroju wieloboku i zwezajacymi sie w kierunku podstawy. Nowowprowadzony element wzorniczy poprawia estetyke przedmiotu, sprawia wrazenie bardzo lekkiej konstrukcji a równoczesniem przez rozwarcie dolnych odcinków nóg poprawia stabilnosc stolika. W stoliku wedlug wzoru nogi sa osadzone w malo odznaczajacych sie i na zewnatrz nie odrózniajacych sie od górnych koncówek nóg - gniazdach mocowanych i laczonych trwale z plyta stolu. Trwale polaczenie gniazda z pyta, najkorzystniej klejowe, umozliwia takze zastosowanie plyty szklanej, powiekszajacej efekt konstrukcyjny i wzorniczy. Wprowadzenie gniazd do osadzania nóg daje dodatkowy efekt - umozliwia latwy demontaz i ekonomiczny transport. Zmienny profil przekroju nóg ulatwia dostosowanie wzornicze do wymogów stanowiskowych i otoczenia. Stolik ze zlikwidowana oskrzynia ma osadzone nogi dalej od krawedzi plyty tak, ze ich rozchylone koncówki stawiane na podlodze nie przekraczaja linii obrysu. Taki uklad pozwala na pelna stabilnosc, takze w przypadku, gdy jego odmiana ma plyte o okraglym ksztalcie, gdzie trzy nogi zapewniaja wystarczajaca równowage. Zastosowanie odchylonych na zawnatrz koncówek nóg zwezajacych sie stozkowato znacznie poprawia nie tylko estetyke wyrobu ale i równowage.Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest zlikwidowanie oskrzyni i osadzenie wielobocznych nóg w gniazdachm, przy czym nogi zwezaja sie stozkowo ku dolowi i tak we wzorze podstawowym jak i w jego odmianach maja koncówki odchylone na zewnatrz bez przekroczenia linii obrysu plyty stolu. This newly introduced design element improves the aesthetics of the item, creating the impression of a very lightweight structure, and simultaneously, by splaying the lower legs, improves the table's stability. In the table model, the legs are set in inconspicuous sockets, externally indistinguishable from the upper ends of the legs – mounted and permanently connected to the table top. The permanent connection of the socket to the table top, preferably with adhesive, also allows for the use of a glass plate, enhancing the structural and design effect. The introduction of sockets for mounting the legs provides an additional effect – enabling easy disassembly and economical transport. The variable profile of the legs facilitates design adaptation to the requirements of the workplace and surroundings. A table with a detached frame has legs set further from the edge of the tabletop, so that their flared ends, when placed on the floor, do not extend beyond the outline. This arrangement allows for complete stability, even when the variant has a rounded tabletop, where three legs provide sufficient balance. The use of outward-curving, conically tapered leg ends significantly improves not only the product's aesthetics but also its balance. A significant feature of the industrial design is the elimination of the frame and the placement of polygonal legs in sockets, with the legs tapering conically downwards. Both the basic design and its variants have outward-curving ends without extending beyond the outline of the tabletop. The subject of the design is presented in the drawing fig. 1-4, which shows a frameless table and its variants, wherein: fig. 1 shows a frameless table with a board in a shape similar to a quadrangle with profiled lines of long sides, fig. 2 shows a desk-type table with an elongated board and a decorative cover attached to it in the front part, fig. 3 shows a frameless table with a rectangular board with rounded corners, fig. 4 shows a frameless table with a round glass board and three legs.
