Description

Rozwiazanie wedlug wynalazku umozliwia wykonywanie pomiaru szybko i dokladnie, bez zniszczenia badanego materialu. Fig. 1 przedstawia schemat ideowy elektrycznego ukladu pomiarowego, fig. 2- jedna ze szczek kleszczy w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - druga szczeke z elektrodami w widoku z boku, a fig. Mierzony material wikliny E umieszcza sie w* pólkolistym wyglebieniu 2 szczeki 1 i zaciska sie elektrodami 4 szczeki 3. Rezystancja mierzonego materialu E odpowiada okreslonej wilgotnosci, która wskazuje miernik elektryczny W. PL PLPriority: Application announced: May 30, 1973 Patent description was published: May 19, 1975 76068 W- 421.9 / 51 MKP GOln 27/04 fclBLIOTcKA Inventors: Witold Kostka, Jan Nowak Authorized by the provisional patent: Wood Technology Institute, Poznan (Poland) Instrument for measuring the moisture of small-dimensional lignocellulosic materials, especially wicker. The subject of the invention is an instrument for measuring the moisture of small-dimensional lignocellulosic materials, especially wicker, acting on the principle of changing the electrical conductivity of the tested material depending on its moisture content. Wicker and other lignocellulose materials, most often contain spike or other electrodes, by means of which the humidity is measured by changing the resistance of the tested material. The disadvantage of known devices is that driving these electrodes into the tested material causes its delamination, which affects the formation of significant errors in moisture measurement. In addition, the tested material is not suitable for use due to the mechanical destruction of the tissues. The aim of the invention is to remove the inconvenience of known devices by developing an instrument that allows the measurement of the moisture content of both painted wood and other lignocellulosic materials, and especially wicker without damaging the wood tissue and ensuring At the same time, high accuracy of the measurement. This goal was achieved by constructing a device for measuring moisture, which works by changing the electrical conductivity of the measured material, depending on its humidity. According to the invention, the measuring probe of this device is a forceps, the jaws of which are made of an insulating material. One jaw has an indentation corresponding to the shape of the tested material, and the other jaw has sawtooth-shaped electrodes. The solution according to the invention makes it possible to measure quickly and accurately, without damaging the tested material. An instrument for measuring the moisture of wicker and other round lignocellulosic elements is shown in the example of the execution in the drawing. 1 shows a schematic diagram of the electric measuring system, fig. 2- one of the jaws of the forceps in a side view, fig. 3 - the other jaw with electrodes in a side view, and fig. 4 - the other jaw in a top view. indicating the humidity, the tested material E is connected. Changes in the resistance of the measured material E depending on its humidity are indicated by the meter W. The jaw 1 shown in Fig. 2 has a semi-circular indentation 2, and the jaw 3 shown in Fig. 3 and 4 has protruding electrodes 4 in the shape of a sawtooth. The measured wicker material E is placed in a * semicircular groove 2 jaws 1 and clamped with electrodes 4 jaws 3. The resistance of the measured material E corresponds to a specific humidity, which is indicated by an electric meter W. PL EN
