PL PLPriority: Application announced: May 30, 1973 Patent description was published: January 15, 1975 75900 KI. 42k, 50 MKP G01n 33/36 C.ZYrLLislA Urzedo Potofit € w * - g-: Polskli | Ipcfftfipoi: -i | Lm * t | Inventors of the invention: Bogumila Brzezinska, Aleksandra Krysiak, Jadwiga Dabrowska, Elzbieta Koziarkiewicz Authorized by a temporary patent: Central Laboratory of the Silk and Decorative Fabrics Industry, Lodz (Poland) Color indicator for determining the degree of resin cross-linking in a textile product, especially in the fabric, the subject of the invention is the color indicator to determine the degree of resin cross-linking, which is used in operational control, determining the appropriate technological parameters in the resin finishing of fabrics and determining the appropriate composition of finishing baths. A well-known method of determining the degree of resin cross-linking in a textile product is to assess the quality of the obtained product. in the form of too slow feedback of information, which is a signal to change the technological operation, which entails a large number of shortcomings. The aim of the invention is to develop a color indicator with the help of which it would be possible to immediately laboratory determination of the degree of cross-linking of the resin in a textile product by testing a malleable sample of this product. It has been found that this goal can be achieved by preparing a mixture of picric acid, direct dye, disperse dye, basic dye and glauber's salt. The best results are obtained with the use of picric acid in the amount of picric acid. 30 to 40% by weight, direct dye in an amount of 5 to 10% by weight, disperse dye in an amount of 5 to 10% by weight, basic dye in an amount of 3 to 5% by weight and Glauber's salt in an amount of 35 to 45 % by weight. Example of an indicator according to the invention: 37% by weight 9% by weight 9% by weight 4% by weight 41% by weight For the direct application of the indicator, its initial solution is prepared in water, in the ratio of 2.6% of the indicator and 97.4% of water. The tested fabric sample is immersed in water. in a pre-solution diluted with water in a ratio of 34% by weight - Picric acid Blue direct 2B (Color Index Direct Blue 6) Palanilrot BBF (Color Index Disperse Red 75) Rhodamine B (Color Index Basic Violet 10) Glauber's salt2 75 900 pre-solution and 66 % by weight of water, for 2 minutes and 30 seconds at room temperature, then the sample is rinsed in running water for about one minute until the rinse bath becomes discolored, and the color of this sample is assessed according to a color scale experimentally assigned to the degrees of cross-linking of the given host in a given fabric made in a given way.
