Description

Dobierajac odpowiednio przy zadanej sztywnosci amortyzatora i czestosci wymuszenia kinematycznego, mase dodatkowa i przelozenie ramion dzwigni mozna uzyskac zerowa amplitude drgan amortyzowanego obiektu. PLPriority: Application announced: 30.05.1 * 973 Patent description was published: 23.12.1974 75867 KI- 47a3, 15/14 MKP Fl6f 15/14 READING ROOM of the Polish Patent Office Ri! I7fi ^ 'L ^ t \ LU u OH Inventor: Czeslaw Stamp Authorized by the provisional patent: Politechnika Poznanska, Poznan (Poland) Damping system for vibrations forced by the movement of the ground or props The subject of the invention is a system for damping vibrations caused by the movement of the ground or supports, used for vibration isolation, for example, in sensitive measuring equipment. The goal of the object was to make the frequency of its own vibrations of the object-shock absorber system as low as possible compared to the frequency of the kinematic excitation. This was achieved by reducing the stiffness of the damper spring or increasing the mass of the object to be cushioned. In practical applications, highly flexible steel springs, rubber elements, washers, plates, etc., or combinations of the listed components in one damper are used. In cases where the mass of the object is not limited, such as in analytical balances, additional reinforced concrete or cast iron plates are used to reduce the frequency of the system's own vibrations. In such an arrangement, a sensitive measuring device is mounted on a plate which constitutes an additional mass, which plate is connected to the vibrating ground by means of spring shock absorbers or highly flexible rubber washers. The system has the disadvantage that the shock-absorbed object is susceptible to vibrations with an amplitude being a fraction of the amplitude of the kinematic excitation. The aim of the invention is to remove the drawbacks and inconvenience of known vibration damping systems forced by the movement of the substrate or-supports, and the technical task is to develop a damping system that allows to obtain zero amplitude vibration of the amplitude of the cushioned object. The essence of the solution according to the invention consists in the fact that the system has a double-sided levers, one arm of which is articulated with the cushioned object, and on the other arm there is an additional mass, the lever being supported by a bracket articulated with a movable vibrating object. The invention allows for the compensation of the forces acting on the shock absorbers of the object by means of additional mass and a lever system. Choosing, appropriately, for the given stiffness of the shock absorber and the frequency of the kinematic excitation, the additional mass and the ratio of the lever arms, it is possible to obtain zero amplitude of vibration of the amplitude of the amplitude object. a shock absorber 3 being, for example, a spring, while the amortized object 2 is articulated by one arm of the double-sided lever 4, and an additional mass 5 is mounted on the other arm of this lever, while the support of the lever is constituted by a bracket 6 articulated connected to a moving, vibrating ground or a support 1 on which is also based the shock absorber 3.
